Why does it say it closes at 8pm when it's not even 5pm and their doors are locked?

I have been here several times, usually busy and an appointment helps, sort of. I had an appointment for a gel pedicure, she took me back right away and quickly removed old polish, cut at a lingering callus and started painting nails . She applied my color ,and put my 2 nd foot in the light to dry. Then she disappeared to another client. She never touched my legs , or scrubbed my heels. Finally after 5 minutes , I caught the attention of another nail artist and requested that she fix the polish on 1 nail , and please apply another coat. She did. It was definitely the weirdest pedicure and not the best. Don’t think I got a top coat of any kind. The charge was minimal , but so was the service. The first artist never said another word to me. This left me very confused , I had been there multiple times and I believe she recognized me. Initially I asked if I was late, and was told No - No problem I was unsure if appointment was at 10 or 1030. I arrived at 1030. IDK , on to the next salon.. Wanted my brows done too but was never asked.

Despite being understaffed the day myself, my mom, and my aunt had an appt. they stayed true to the appointment and made sure to take care of us. They were friendly, engaging, and professional.

Grt friendly N reasonable..
only had pedicure. they could use cleaning arm rests etc after each client. Otherwise, I would rate it 5 stars.

Tina was the B.E.S.T! Just walked in to see if they did eyebrows AND took walk-ins. I was literally on the table in a few minutes. Tina shaped/waxed eyebrows beautifully!! I made the comment now just need the mustache and chin taken care of and she said I can do that too! In and out in maybe 7 minutes for services and paying. Will definitely be back!

They do a great job and will even take walk-ins which was so helpful when I needed my nails done quickly for a wedding.

I have been going here for years and I have had nothing but great service every single time. These ladies work their butts off all day to try and get each customer in and out quickly. It is best to have an appointment so you guarantee that you will be taken care of that day.

Insanely rushed manicure/ pedicure - especially given that it wasn’t busy one bit!They drilled over my skin multiple times, I asked for dip and they did a weird dip/ gel combo that made my nails super thick, left dip powder under my nails that is now stuck to my skin and the pedicure was also rushed and full of painful cuts. Never again will I be going here.Services: Pedicure

be prepared to wait and wait even if you have an appointment. I had an 11 o'clock appointment and at 1130 i finally get asked if i am there for a pedicure and i said yes i have an appointment. All employees were still busy and when one was finished i thought i was next but the proceeded to do nails and pedicures leaving me just sitting. I walked out and will NEVER RETURN. My is worth something to me but apparently not to them.
