Twice the website has shown the truck I reserved as available and both times the truck was not actually available. I highly recommend Penske instead.

This is a drop off only for U-haul. We picked up there. Ours was the only truck behind the gas station. The man seemed very put out by being asked for help saying he had no responsibility for U-haul. Unpleasant experience.
