Usually any store with the Ace name on it provides stellar service with people that are enthusiastic about helping you. However, I just had the worst experience in an Ace store I can remember. I needed something to adhere a piece of rubber stripping to a metal surface. It happened to be on an RV. Before I could even explain exactly what I needed and what it was for, the guy in the store led me to something which was nothing more than silicon in a tube. It was clearly not going to work. When I tried to explain how it needed to hold up under the stress of moving an RV slide across that rubber strip, he basically said he didn’t need any more explanation, this is what I needed. There was no point in arguing with him because he didn’t want to hear it. Maybe this is a one off exchange with a guy who clearly doesn’t get customer service, but it’s going to make me think twice about shopping here again.

It a ok hardware don't expect hard to find items wont offer to order a item for you they are helpful but very expensive

I’m not the type of person to leave reviews generally but when you call the store a real human at the store picks up right away instead of sending you through a maze of chaotic half programmed robot mazes. Helpful and friendly. Love it.

I have always had a good experience with JBK. Helpful staff always available in store, the in store pickup is quick and easy. They also do great with home delivery. Rentals are easy and priced reasonably too. Found out recently they will also fill your RV propane tank - a huge convenience before a camping trip.

They are so nice they always ask me if I need help even if I’m just looking they will make sure you’re leaving with the right item even if it means them going up-and-down isles

They have a lot of good stuff here including Milwaukee tools and a large variety of drill bits along with normal homeowner stuff. If you have a weekend honeydo project you can probably find everything you need right here, unless you need lumber.
