Not sure where to start. I usually don't give bad reviews. This ice-cream parlour's hospitality was less than to be desired. The owner hollered at my adult disabled son, our trained service dog (with harness labeled "service animal") and myself in front of all her other customers. Our group was standing in an orderly fashion ascertaining the menu when she came out behind the counter screaming. Winston Churchill, our service dog remained in a heal and then did an immediate block for my son during this verbal assault. We left immediately. Sadly, my son had a meltdown after and it ruined the entire day. He is in assisted living down the road, and the pandemic has been hard. This business needs to educate themselves on ADA federal laws about service animals and learn the art of hospitality. Very disheartening.

(Will not let you use the restrooms) Worst experience I had with the store worker, was gonna pay for gas and some snacks But Instantaneously stop and walked out all because He refused to let me use the restroom?!?!?! Nothing but disrespect -_-
