Also the mail is ALWAYS LATE and the customer service is terrible. One of the WORST offices ever !!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. Despite having successfully printed labels here many times before, the Grinch Lady behind the counter refused to assist me and suggested I go to a library to print my label instead. I would recommend going to another store with employees who are willing to do their job properly, rather than dealing with miserable, grumpy staff.

Lady behind the counter is a grinch, already purchased a label, told me to go to a library, I’ve had USPS print labels for me countless times, total loser working there.

Came here for passport photos because the USPS in the location i reside in does not offer passport photos. While I received my passport photo, the lady behind the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

For the most part, this is a very nice and efficient post office. But recently the receiver up front was condescending and insulting. I am not coming back to this post office unless I have to.

Never in my life have I had just utterly horrible service! As I was packing boxes/envelopes at a table right in front of the window, they slammed the gate shut. No warning, no checking in, no consideration. When one of their workers opened the door, I asked how I should pay for all of the boxing materials, she just shut the door on me. Awful!

Is part of their job description is to be rude to customers? Please train them to be decent. The tone of their voice is always rude.

I Called the post office twice about my missing check got two different people both rude and acted like they could care less(unprofessional)same thing happened with my Christmas club check last year Delivered to the wrong mailbox neighbor put it in my box later. I asked them if they could re-check because the virtual mail wasn’t showing it they rushed me off the phone without checking rude rude And as I thought everyone else got theirs mine was missing. Monday’s a holiday so I will have to wait until next week sometime.

The employees are so unprofessional always rude mood, hiding mails never take responsibility of anything, I don't know who is in charge of this place but obviously they don't care this people can discriminate and humiliated and I wonder where can I report this situation.

Mailed a package 2 day priority mail 9 days ago. According to tracking information, it hasn't even left the Chestertown Post Office yet. Tired of missing packages, things getting stolen, and this sort of thing. Send your package any other way if you want to be sure it arrives.

Worst post office I have encountered on MDs Eastern Shore. Staff us rude and P.O.boxes are highest I have ever paid and they lose your mail. I am still missing mail from 5 months ago.

This is a post office. What gives it five stars are the people who work here. Not only are they incredibly friendly but they take the time to get to know you, they always have a smile on her face and they go out of their way to help. I could give more than 10 examples of when the staff here made me feel like a special customer by simply being the amazing people they are!
