JR was MORE than helpful today, and also hilarious. I was there for 4 hours and time genuinely flew by so fast. The store was full with only him working and everyone was happy with their service. Last time I was there, Brandon was working. He also was SO polite and a huge help. Great customer service.

Jr was super helpful. He worked diligently on our issue and resolved it. He helped us with multiple problems and was friendly. It’s obvious he is great at multitasking and loves his job.

We received great service when I needed to replace my phone. There was an unexpected charge on my bill for a protection product but I was able to call Verizon and remove it. On another occasion we had an iPhone repaired, done quickly at no charge. But, after that date 3 additional items were added to the Verizon bill after specifically asking that nothing be added. We spent a long time on the phone with Verizon to get these items removed. We will not use this Verizon store again.
