ATM would not accept any of my card. And then I came back with a different card 5 minutes later and it said out of service.

Very, very nice and knowledgeable people. I have accounts at two other banks, Eagle is much better: higher interest rates on CDs, better accounts, great customer service.

I went to this location in Dec 31 in the morning. one lady she so bad service ever. I’m gonna change to one other bank.

Very friendly but possibly the slowest bank I’ve ever been to. Expect to waste a lot of time sitting around to access a safe deposit box
