I ordered an egg bacon sandwich, once I open the sandwich bag in my car no bacon at all only egg and cheese, I warp the sandwich went back to shop the blond mid age woman behind the counter , instead of giving the correct order!! She accused me taken the bacon out or eaten it ...OMG for one piece of bacon!! Insteas of apologize and give me the correct order ?? !! please STAY AWAY from this shop, they disrespect and accused for a piece of bacon.

I've been a fan of Einstein's Bagels for a while, but my recent visit was a huge letdown. I ordered the Turkey Avocado Bagel Sandwich, which I've enjoyed in the past, but what I received this time was far from satisfactory.The turkey, which is usually well-prepared, was just a haphazard stack of meat, as if it was pulled straight from the package and thrown onto the sandwich without any care. The lack of effort in preparation was evident and quite disappointing.Moreover, the quality of the vegetables left a lot to be desired. The tomatoes were white and clearly not ripe, contributing nothing to the flavor or texture of the sandwich. The lettuce not only tasted off but also gave the impression that it hadn't been properly washed. This disregard for basic ingredient quality really put me off.To top it off, the bagel, which is the heart of the sandwich, was not toasted. This lack of attention to what should be a standard request was the final straw for me. The overall experience was so underwhelming that I ended up throwing my sandwich in the trash.While I understand that not every experience can be perfect, this visit was a stark contrast to the quality I’ve come to expect from Einstein's Bagels. It's unfortunate, but I feel compelled to say that I won't be returning to this particular location. I hope this feedback is taken constructively so that the quality can be improved for future customers.

I went here like two years ago and the workers were rude and pushy. I placed a mobile order of a bagel I wanted, when I got there they told me they didn’t have the bagel I ordered online and to choose a new one. I look at the options for 30 seconds to pick a new bagel and the work goes “pick one already” and “what do you want” in a demanding tone while rolling his eyes at me. I hope he doesn’t work there anymore because that made me never want to go to an Einstein bros bagels again.

Made it all the way home to realize we were missing an entire bagel, staff was super rude and unapologetic after we drove back. One of the staff members also had to be reminded to hand us our drinks which were not even made, I guess the reviews about this place being terrible are accurate.

Terrible service and rude. They always charge me a different amount each time I order the exact same order.9/26/23 Today was the last straw. Charged three times for an order that was cancelled. Bank says three transactions went through. Store says transactions never went through and speak with bank. What a bunch of thieves and clowns.Avoid. Report these idiots to local BBB.

Sad and uninspired bagel (pic below) but the worst part was the terrible customer service.The cashier lady was rude AF and the dude who made the food acted like he was scared. He had his eyes cast down while handing us the food and mumbled something but wasn't loud enough to make out.Can management look into this. Make sure that dude isn't being beaten or something...it terrible to see someone so broken. Oh and start the paper trail on the cashier at 7 am on July 7th. She needs to be termed before she loses you any more business.

Disastrous service.... not my first time at Einstein Bagels but my maiden voyage at the Connecticut Ave. I told the lady at the till very little cream cheese in my toasted Asiago bagel please. Do you think she even mentioned it to the preparer? Nope, I had to stop him from applying damn near the whole tub..... then he's got a perpetual blank look upon his face. No smile, no eye contact, no nothing. It's not my fault you're huge and uncomfortable in a job you're dissatisfied with. Too many other folx out here looking for work, while you appear to suck lemons all day long. No wonder you have a poor rating, I'm never returning.

I had stopped coming here because I had one too many visits where the service was poor, the place was dirty and messy and the food was mediocre. Stopped in today and had a very different experience. Perhaps new management? Much much better.

Ordered a Turkey sandwich and chips online and the app wouldn't let me change from cream cheese to mayo so I called them up, the woman on phone sounded annoyed before I said a word and when I asked if I could change it she said yes. My sandwich just arrived, they didn't change it, and they forgot my chips. I called back and talked to same woman. Not only was she unapologetic, she was annoyed I had the nerve to point out the mistakes. If they're being honest, they should change the name from Einstein Bagels to Dipshlt Bagels.

Been several times, and the bagels are great, but the service is awful. This is especially true from one employee in particular who is consistently incredibly unfriendly and often downright rude, and after witnessing her unnecessary and hostile interaction with an older gentlemen today who dared to inquire about something he ordered, I will not be returning anytime soon.

Einstein's bagelry of North Chevy Chase Village in Chevy Chase Maryland is a very competitive bagel shop parked right next door to Starbucks it's nice to know I have redundant Wi-Fi when patronizing these two establishments. Now the help here is very fast average friendliness and very accurate. Not to mention tall like trees big big people work here that's that's not a bad thing it's not a good thing it's just a observation. The food is spot on very very consistent with all the other Einsteins I've ever been to even now that Einstein's is owned by Panera and supposedly they're making bagels in your groceries freezer which I can't seem to find the Giant food or Safeway or Harris Teeter, yet. Did the usual half a dozen bagels and some schmear which is a non generic non brand specific cream cheese in plain so don't be surprised by the unfamiliar white tub that it comes in and it's called plain whipped cream cheese spread and it's ingredients are pasteurized milk and cream salt stabilizers like guar, locust-bean and xanathan gums and there's some cheese cultures, potassium sorbate which apparently maintains freshness...And 'in-bold-letters' states:"Contains Milk"Just two scoops and your spreading on 70 calories (per serving=2 table spoons).And, you will have yourself a lactose intolerant blessed day, this beautiful rainy gray day being the first Sunday of October 2022 AND our thoughts and prayers go out To All The Good People Of Florida... May all y'all's tomorrow's be as good if not better than y'all's yesterdays (and sometimes todays. PEACE OUT

Don't bother stopping at this Bagel shop. The Customer service isn't there and you never feel welcomed. Was rudely greeted upon entry without even getting to look though the menu to select my order. They talk s*** behind the counter about the customers as they never get your order correct. Might not get your order correct but you do get an eye roll after every employee interaction. Better off going to the Starbucks next door. It might be your only source of income but there is a thing called hospitality and customer service, if you're not willing to fit the description then don't work in that environment.
