Completely rude and unhelpful. Ended up taking 2+ hrs when it could have been 30 minutes. Absolutely worst FedEx I have ever gone to. The manager should be embarrassed and employees that were working at 2pm on 12/14 demoted.

Store manager David was doing multiple things at the same time, and I had to wait and email my label, twice to get it printed, which I usually do using the machine.he was answering phones and attending to other customers at the same time as attending to me. Maybe they're understaffed, but I have been coming here a couple of years and this is the 1st time service was that bad

Went to make color copies, the color in the copies was not as distinct and bright as the colors in my original. I told manager David that I was not pleased with the color copies and thought maybe they needed to replace the color cartridge and he immediately became confrontational and was telling me that the colors in my original copy were not that bright. Which definitely was not so. He did not bother to look through my original Copy, nor did he bother to look through the copies I had made. Also raising his voice at me and being very confrontational. Beware going into this store, the manager may bite your head off!

Just walked out. What a total and complete jerk of an employee. Huge guy was bothered when I asked about scanning. Then I needed help, waited in line again, when I asked about help he rolled his eyes and was so put out I walked away mad. Only when I grabbed my stuff and was pissed back at him did he grumble .. give me a minute. Too late jerk.

Store is fine, the people are always very nice and competent. Five stars worth... But Fedex corporate??? Are you kidding me? Went to pick up a poster and the POS credit card machine wanted me to agree to some terms and conditions on Fedex website. No! Hell no! Not hitting 'Accept' on any T&C to give you money Fedex. It was not me, but your Aisha who hit 'Accept' after I refused!! [Credit card charge: $167.53, Credit card ××81, FEDEX OFFICE #1813, 04/02/25]

I’ve visited this FedEx office multiple times, and each time, I’ve encountered different staff members who were all incredibly helpful, supportive, friendly, and kind. Despite being busy, they always made an effort to assist me, and I truly appreciated their service. I want them to know how much their kindness, thoughtfulness, and dedication to helping others are valued and appreciated! Thanks a lot 🙏🫵🏻
