I rely on FedEx Kinkos for printing needs for my small, local business. Living in metro DC, there are many for me to choose from but I always go back to this location for their service and quality of work. The manager (I didn't catch his name!) goes out of his way to ensure that my prints are done in the promised timeframe and of the highest quality. He takes the time to personally trim my laminated sheets. In one order, I had four small certificates in each 8.5x11 page and he took the time to cut each out individually. Excellent work and highly recommmend!

I’ve ordered a poster to be printed. The pick up time was 12 noon on my receipt and I emphasized that I need it by then, but when I went to pick up the poster at 1:30 pm, they did not have it ready, and they were not even able to provide an estimate on when it will be ready.Seems that some personnel totally forgot about the order.

We have ordered a poster a day in advance and was supposed to pick up at 12:00. We went there at 2:00 and it is still not ready and takes another 45 minutes. The costumer service in this location is terrible. They don’t care at all.

The worst customer service!!! We tried to create a shipment at home online. But it didn’t work. So we decided to go to fedex store and asked for an assistance since we couldn’t get it to work at home online. When we got to the store we were told to do it on the FedEx computer. We encountered exactly the same issue on FedEx computer too. The error message is unclear. So we asked 1 of the FedEx employees for help. He didn’t have any customers waiting in line, but he didn’t want to help us. The other employees were just chit chatting and none of them offer to help. I don’t suggest anyone to go to this FedEx location. They’re horrible.

Staff at this fedex were so so helpful and friendly! I had a lot of things that needed to be shipped for my move and they made it so easy.

I stopped by around 4:15 pm on January 8, 2023. I explained to the staff member that I needed two pages printed from my email. The staff member told me to forward my email to the store email.I went to the printer to input the code and the machine wasn’t working properly. I then asked the staff member to assist me and he said he would print it behind the counter.It took him over 4 minutes of trying to format the pages, etc. I then said can you find a manager. He said the manager was off today.I said well I’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes for 2 pages. The staff said “ AND “. At this time I was about to get upset so I asked for someone else to assist me.The other staff was able to retrieve my documents and print them. I was charged $0.39 and it took approximately 35 minutes for 2 pages.I demand that a manager or franchise owner to contact me asap about the lack of respect I was given. I do have a video recording of the incident so the staff member can’t fabricate the story.I will NEVER return to this location again unless it’s for a verbal apology.Thanks for reading my review!Chef Candra

I printed 100 color copies of the Order of Service for my father’s memorial service last week. Many thanks to Vivian who helped me reformat the document to fit the folded letter-size paper and produce a beautiful product.

The people are nice, but FedEx cannot get their QR code reader to work. I get a QR code, go to FedEx, and failure follows. I'm 3 for 3 over the last year. (I use ups and usps 6-8 per month). The new self service machine has a "Print From QR Code" button. It fails too.
