Great customer service! The employees are always friendly and super helpful. I love going in and seeing them, it's like seeing friends/family. They're always honest about what looks good, and never steer me wrong on my purchases. Highly recommend this store.

I really like J.Jill! Discovered their website a few months ago. Did a little research and found out that this brand name has been around for decades. Just so you know, I consider myself the online shopping queen. So, why am I just finding out about J.Jill? Anyhoo, better late than never. Purchased two dresses on their website. Both were 30% off the regular price. A great deal! Couldn't have been happier with my purchases! The dresses fit perfectly and are sooo age-appropriate. Love that J.Jill caters to women over 35. Most of the inventory centers on casual wear. The flavor is classic and classy without the matronly vibes. Special mention: Can't say enough great things about this particular J.Jill store. Excellent selection. The merchandise presentation is flawless. They really know how to show off the goods here. Appreciated the top-notch customer service I received during both visits. Giving an extra star to the staffer (can't remember her name) who quickly resolved an issue I had with a return. The ladies that work at this location are fabulous! Looking forward to my next visit! Pro tip: J.Jill has the best return policy. They will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or undamaged merchandise within 90 days of the original purchase.

When you shop at J. Jill, you're really just looking for basics that will last a while. Friendly customer service would be nice, as well. However, that's not what I experienced recently, when I went to return a couple of items. First, the salesperson was indifferent and more engaged with her colleague and her customer (I didn't get her name, but according the the receipt, her ID number is 0113977). I've worked retail, so I get that returns are a downer, but come on...In any case, a couple days later, I still hadn't received my refund, and when I called to inquire about it, I encountered a snippy manager who wasn't even clear about how long a refund might take; she referred me to customer service instead. C'mon, J. Jill, you can do better. If I wanted indifferent customer service, I would order online.
