Incredible customer service at Lake Liberty. I stopped in as I thought I might have a nail in my tire. They looked at my car and determined that I was not a puncture. They took it even further and filled up all four of my tires to the proper PSI. When I asked what I owed for this they told me there was no charge. Just amazing service. Lake Liberty will now be my go to for gas and repairs. Thank You.

Check the VIN on your vehicle inspection form. It will save you an hour at the MVA from data that is entered sloppily.

Had a tire issue on a Saturday and they quickly spotted and removed a nail from tire and put air in. Fair price and all done under 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

I use a Honda minicar.
When I filled it up halfway with gas, exactly $100 was deducted from my credit card.
Every time I fill up the gas tank, it's about $50.
It is a scam.
No refund.

This auto shop has the kindest most helpful providers. A few months ago I had recurrently low tire pressure. The team helped me troubleshoot, realized the issue was a dented rim, fixed the problem, and told me they couldn’t let me pay for the quick service. Then this morning my husband had a flat tire right as he pulled into the adjacent parking lot, and the team immediately helped him change to his spare and directed him where to get the tire fixed. We are very thankful for such a thoughtful, helpful team in our neighborhood and will always bring any issues there.

Easy process to get MD State Inspection. Made appointment, dropped car off, went next door to Starbucks for coffee and a sandwich, and picked the car up about an hour later. Staff were courteous and friendly.

I can't possibly recommend Lake Liberty more highly! This is team truly committed to making sure the customer is treated well, and I have such trust in their work and the incredible people working in Mario's shop. They've gone so far above and beyond to take care of me that I'll never be able to take my car anywhere else. I'd give them 10 stars if that were an option. Something changed at this shop for the worse. I have been a happy customer for many years. Had my car towed here this week to discover that the shop no longer: 1) gives customers any updates on what is going on, you have to guess and wait and call, 2) gives customers price estimates upfront (I was just surprised with a very steep cost for an alternator). Will be looking for another shop.
