Worst customer service ever, I wanted to exchange a perfume that I purchased in Tyson’s corner “A WEEK AGO” and the lady that is there right now with a tall,dark skin gentleman told me I have to go back to the same place I purchased the perfume. Even though I explained to them this location is closer to my house. And the worst part is that I was trying to purchase a new piece for my collection today but I got discouraged after the humiliation I went through with these sales people today. Please don’t go to that location go to TYSONS CORNER like they said. at least they appreciate customers In that location!!Ps I give you guys 0 stars

This saga does not begin with once upon a time, nor does it end with, happily ever after.I dropped off a bag in person to this store for a repair. Customer service was excellent and the staff professional, however, there appeared to be miscommunication between the sales associate and myself regarding the repair and what was to take place. He assured me they would call me or email me with the estimate and took my information. After 6 weeks, I got a phone call saying my item was ready. I called the store to inquire, but got routed to a customer service call center, not the real store. I was assured that my message would be passed along and someone would return my call within 48 hours. No response was recieved within that timeframe. 72 hours later I received a text message indicating my item was ready for pick up. I responded "Could you mail it to me?" 24 hours later I received a picture of the packing slip. The package arrived 2 days later and the item was in thesame condition in whichI dropped it off...un-repaired. It was sent back to me in the exact condition and no explanation provided.I called the store, which routed me to the call center again, and they replied "well, we didn't have your email". I said "you called me and texted me 3 times, but couldnt repair my item because you failed to get my email, and couldn't place a phone call, but could call me and say it's ready for pick up? Then I asked if i could ship it back because I wanted it repaired. The call center could not do that., as I must download an application to my cell phone and take the repair through the app. Am I buying some thing from TJ MAXX or LV?Bottom line, 1000 dollar bag with minimal usage resulted in 3 phone calls, 3 texts and 6 weeks of my life. I am back to where is started, A broken bag... but I did get a really nice box shipped back to me.

I had a great experience in this store. All the employees greated me with a big smile. Im so happy that i purchased a louis vuitton bag for the first time and i’m very thankful for Joshuwa for helping me . This location is very clean and well sanitized too. I will come back again for my next purchase.
