I came to Tiffany & Co. to purchase a set of wine glasses as a gift and was immediately greeted with warmth and professionalism by Vasco. He took the time to guide us through the gift section, offering thoughtful suggestions and sharing his expertise.
During our conversation, Vasco intuitively picked up that we were also beginning to explore engagement rings. He graciously offered to walk us through the Tiffany diamond collection and shared the brand’s rich history and craftsmanship behind their iconic engagement rings. We learned so much not just about diamonds, but also about Tiffany’s legacy and what sets them apart.
Vasco made our visit not just a shopping trip, but a truly memorable experience. His genuine passion, knowledge, and exceptional service left a lasting impression. We’re so grateful for his time and look forward to coming back when we’re ready for our next big step.

Amazing service, personal, professional and attentive, I walked in and was almost immediately greeted by Sue, who asked me if she could help me find anything. I left my jewelry 2 weeks ago to get it clean and it was not ready as of today. How is Tiffany not going to have a machine to clean it ? please be honest and don’t tell me the machine was not working !! I appreciate the lady’s effort in trying to clean it right away, but that is not proper cleaning. Someone could have called or email to inform. Thank you for wasting my valuable time !!!!

You would absolutely think, a place lije Tiffany's would give extraordinary service and that was not my experience. This was my first experience returning bracelet under warranty. It was thee worst.
