It's a hit or miss in terms of if you get greeted or not. But when I did get asked if I needed help.... she was great. Even cleaned my older bracelet from here without me asking. Pulled a new piece for me vs. Selling me the display one.

Visit this store on my birthday. I got very high-quality service. Elena was very friendly and patient and professional. After filtering among different styles of earrings and rings, finally I got my favorite with her help. This was a very happy birthday for me.

Service at this store was good. The guy that helped my boyfriend and I find rings for each other was really kind and friendly. He was really helpful and gave amazing customer service. I wish I could remember his name but I do remember he was Asian lol.

Great customer service was excellent and very professional. You have to pay for parking but there is plenty of parking. Don’t forget your receipt for your purchase at Tiffany & Co, it makes your transaction go smoother with your receipt☺️

Repair only: I had a repair appointment at 12:15 for a 15 minute appointment, the appointment came and went and only acknowledged by one person who wanted me to just leave my information and item without it even being looked at or assessed. Seems walk ins might be favored over appointments was my impression.

I am writing to share how disappointed I am with the lack of communication from this Tiffany store location regarding a repair I brought in on the 14th. Based on the receipt I received the ring repair was to be completed by May 8th. Imagine how I felt when on the 12th I reached out to the service center to be told that they reached out to this Chevy Chase store to get approval to move forward because the repair would not be able to correct the problem completely. The rep shared that they have been holding the ring repair until they received approval for the store. She shared the store SHOULD have reached out to me to discuss this and get my approval. As of this email the Chevy Chase store HAS NOT made ANY attempt to contact me either by email or a call. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable and not what I would expect from the Tiffany brand. I am absolutely disappointed in their lack of customer service and will NOT bring my business to this location. Their lack of communication demonstrates that they don't seem to care about customer service and had I not reached out on my own my ring repair would have continued to be delayed.

This is our first time visiting Tiffany and it’s PERFECT! From childhood I admired Audrey Hepburn and Elizabeth Taylor, and therefore dreaming about wearing Tiffany for my important occasions.Chad was friendly and professional during our visit today. He understood our needs and was able to find the best piece of engagement ring in 5 min. We asked for some other pieces in different size or clarity etc. for comparison, and Chad perfectly did that with a smile all the time.We will very likely come back for wedding bands in the future.

Had the best experience here today I was with Chad, who was so nice so down to earth. And treated me with respect and kindness. I went to the one in Tysons and they were awful. They told me I didn’t have a face that suited sunglasses.

I did not have a great experience at this Tiffany location. I usually just shop online, but wanted to go in-store to buy something as a gift and needed guidance. The sales lady who somewhat assisted me was not at all welcoming. She saw a guest that she had previously assisted before enter the store. She turned to me and said "someone else will be assisting you from here" and stated the guest who entered spends a lot of money at their store. She walked away. I waited at the counter for someone else to take over. The next associate was nice. But within this process, I did not even get to try on the piece of jewelry I bought (as I am the same size as the person I was buying for) because I was rushed and the first lady said there was limited help.My money is just as green as anybody else's. I thought about returning the piece of jewelry I was so appalled.

My husband went in to purchase my first Tiffany piece for my birthday yesterday. The sales clerk held the last bracelet in stock for him which was nice since they were literally closing within the hour. I didn’t open or try on the bracelet until I got in bed for the night. Upon trying it on/inspecting it, I noticed there was some sort of small tan mark on the charm. For Tiffany pieces to be so expensive, I immediately felt disappointed. Was my husband sold a used and returned bracelet? Or is it just flawed? The three stars are for the sales clerk who held the item and the smooth transaction only. I’m not sure how I feel about purchasing any more pieces in the future.

So I ordered 2 items from this company and my experience has been Horrific! The first item came and I needed a bigger size, so I took it in store to exchange. Second item I had engraved with initials of my deceased family members and it arrived with scratches across entire piece!!! When I returned piece there was no communication about return process at all! I sent item back on 9/6 it arrived on 9/7 and no one sent acknowledgment of item. I had to call on 9/13 to inquire about item. Then they said they can't give me a new one only buff out b/c it was engraved. Even though I paid for hand engraving, so I can't possibly understand how this happened. Terribly DISAPPOINTED in this company will never order ANYTHING from them in l

This place is a national institute on Wisconsin Ave.I remember purchasing my mom her first Tiffany’s bracelet and what ! a joy it was everyone in this store was priceless.

Absolutely terrible service We went in to see if anything could be done to repair a broken chain Not only were they totally unaccommodating but the sales "professional" Tao Zeng was rude and kept interrupting us before we could even finish talking We are decades old customers that spend a fortune at Tiffany's and keep coming back not only for the product but also for the customer service In fact we drove over an hour just to witness this terrible service Hopefully someone at corporate is listening
