Quoted me $280 for something my old mechanic in Philly charged $30 for: using a hose to flesh out the drain on the roof right side of vehicle that gets clogged with debris every so often. What a rip off. Nope

They charge a $75 fee just to do an estimate for repair costs, even though other body shops do it for free. When I called other shops to ask what their estimate fee was, they sounded confused and said they do it for free. Don't fall for their scam.

I had taken my car here for service and maintenance. A couple of weeks ago I had to take it for oil change, I went home and waited for them to call me which they never did so after about 5 hours I had to call them. So I was not available to pick my car so I sent my wife. She brought the car home. A couple of days later I was cleaning the car and I say a one of my wheels with a big rash/scratch that was painted a covered up. My wheels where are after market brand new with not a scratch and this was the only place that had taken my car in the lat month. So someone at this shop scratch the wheel and covered up w/o telling me anything. So I wont be coming back here because of the lack of professionalism. I would hade preferred them telling me and look for a solution. This makes me think that if they mess up our car they would keep quiet. I don't trust this shop anymore.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I took my car here for its first oil change ever after searching Yelp reviews for a location. The exterior is a little off putting though. When I pulled in there were random cars on different areas and I was at first unsure if they even had time for my oil change. I first walked into the lobby area which lacks much seating and was crowded with people, some children. I wasn't sure who worked there and who didn't so I kind of strolled aimlessly around until I asked the entire room who worked there. A woman went and got the mechanic and things were smooth from then on. I didn't get the name of the mechanic but he was friendly and started on my car immediately. (It was a weekday during business hours.) He informed me that my car uses synthetic oil just to be helpful (I'm sure my demeanor showed I'm not familiar with cars) and to contact the dealership where I purchased my car about a possibly missing engine cover. My service was about $83. I was hoping for cheaper but maybe the synthetic oil made it cost more? I would recommend.

These people have been taking care of my car for over 2 years. They are very respectful, honest and professional. I used to fix my car somewhere else. I had a bumper issue. They told me over $1000. I didn't have enough money. I decided to look somewhere else so I found Robern. Chico checked my car, he asked for $700 including services. Since that time, I always take my car to this place. I would recommend 150%. Women who don't know about cars like myself, please come to this place. Stop going where people take advantage.

They did the job without telling me how much it would cost first and I think they overcharged me. $250 to replace a door handle, I probably won't be going back.

Very good service! I brought my car in to have the motor and regulator replace on the back window. It was completed in less than an hour. Thank you to Obed and his team of mechanics! Friendly and professional!
