The Rofo located in Churchton/Shady Side is great, it’s super clean, especially at night. The evening staff is awesome, they always have smiles on their faces, and go out of their way for whatever I may need while in there store.Robert is the best…. Always Very professional!!! Helps me carry my food over to the register, he has helped me when the self checkout gets wonky. He needs a raise.

Rofo is my goto for a quick bite to eat when I don’t feel like cooking. The chicken is the freshest and always good. All the employees are super cool and very helpful - especially the guy named Robert!

My husband had a ton of points that were going to expire so I went into the store to go and use some of them. He has a ton from going there everyday for gas and lunch. I have no clue how to use those machines or what I was going to I do with all them points. The manager crystal was so patient with helping me order using all my point up, I was so lost on what to do with all the points since its just my husband and I, crystal had a greT idea to go feed the local fire department. Thank you for taking your time with me. Thanks for taking the time to explain to me the system. You have a very nice store here in churchton.

Royal Farms in Shady Side Maryland is definitely all about customer service! Today was my first time coming in after receiving a recommendation, and I was impressed. The lady behind the counter in the food ordering section was so helpful. The manager was amazing and extremely knowledgeable. This is a team who love what they do and show it. Their demeanor is excellent!

Excellent service. Live speaking to Shari. She explained the importance of downloading the app to get free chicken boxes. Store is clean. It's my first stop when I drive to Columbia beach.

I absolutely love this royal farms store 190 in Churchton MD. It’s always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful! The store manager Krystal also goes above and beyond for her customers! The order foods are always hot and made perfectly and the fries are not overcooked either. I have a royal farms literally 2 seconds from my house but I travel to this store which is 20ish min instead for previous reasons stated. This store deserves more than 5 stars in my opinion!

As far as convenience stores go, this place ranks in the top. Kitchen staff are great and food is always made to order without issue. Clean, well stocked establishment.

After purchasing expired tobacco I informed the staff the next day it was back on the shelf. tried to buy raspberry donut it was lemon filled. You all's job aint that hard. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Everyone here is so nice. Whenever I go in usually Landon is working and he’s very kind. They have good deals on gas and rewards on the app.
