Very impressed. Brandon helped me with a roof emergency, with rain in the forecast & some snow on the roof. I didn't think we would be able to get the job done. Brandon to the rescue! Was out the very next morning. He was very knowledgeable and I think went above and beyond! Very refreshing to still have a company that is both honest and reliable. In my opinion, there is not a better company than Polk Contracting. Look no further.

We had Polk Contracting repair damage to the facia of 2 dormer windows on our house. The work was performed in a very timely manner and is now better than new. Jack was very friendly and easy to work with.Thank you for a job well done.

Polk contracting is an excellent company. These guys were the only ones who could find and repair a leak in the ceiling of my bay window. I had been dealing with the problem for a while and had several other companies try to diagnose and fix it without success. If I have any work in the future I will definitely call Polk Contracting.

Polk Contracting solved a 20 year problem we had with our roof that no other roofers could solve. The team was able to quickly fix our problem in about a week. All work was supervised and completed by the owners. I thought their pricing was more than fair; they were the lowest of all Harford County roofer quotes I received. In addition, there were no surprise charges at the end of the project. I can't tell you what a relief it is to take away the 'rain bucket' from our family room. We just had 17 windows and 2 doors installed by Polk Contracting. First of all, the cost was better than anyone else in the area! That being said, not a single detail was compromised. I am honestly amazed at how smoothly everything went. From start to finish, we couldn't have asked for more. Jack was always on time, he explained all the nuances of our job patiently, and the crew was extremely fast (finished in 1 day), thorough and clean! The windows and doors look beautiful and we couldn't be happier! We will be using Polk Contracting for our siding and roof next year!
