“This is the best post office I have dealt with. It seems to be the only one around these days isn't staffed by people who look and act like they just got fired from McDonald's. People here are actually competent and polite, and genuinely care about doing a good job. Very uncommon with the USPS these days. Keep up the good work, Pylesville!”

“I wasn't receiving my Amazon Packages. I was getting upset because I previously was getting them. I stopped in A second time and spoke with A supervisor from the post office, she brought my packages to my address the next day to see my driveway to see why maybe they weren't getting delivered. She and my husband spoke for 10 minutes. I was very appreciative of her effort to work the problem out.”
“I gave 5 star very pleased with the lady name june with no hair ( sorry i had to write with no hair ) wonder ful service i have ever received in post office she was such a humble, nice to me even though i had made left and made mistake in my in filling my passport application form she was so calm letting me know where mistake was made and left to fill . She corrected them told me its ok we got this . She is amazing person her smile while serving was so pleasant. I will definitely go to this place in future too bc i used to go in different place. Thank u mam”

Ms. Tanya was very thorough and caught several of my errors that would have had them denied and rejected. So very grateful for the way she explained the whole process and what to expect. If all government employees were as good at their jobs as they are, this country would run better! “My abingdon post office made a mistake and forwarded a package I was returning to some random persons address in bel air. So I called the bel air post office to find out what happened and Deborah who works there helped me figure out what exactly happened and was trying to work out a solution and keep me updated. Thankfully the person it was delivered to dropped it off to my address personally since it was on the original label. However in this time Deborah was still checking in with me giving me status updates and working with her Bel Air carriers to try to fix the mistake. The bel air branch and Deborah was very professional and understanding (the package had a lot of value). After trying to work with the abingdon post office I was blown away with how terrible that experience was and bel air was the complete opposite. I hope someone high up at the usps reads this because Deb really went above and beyond and was looking out for me in the crazy situation and I truly appreciate that.”

“I love this post office. Very helpful, full of local charm. My closest post is Aberdeen - to the other poster who said this branch sucks, go visit the Aberdeen branch. You'll run back to Churchville.i go out of my way to come here.”
