Skydive Baltimore provides an awesome and fun skydiving experience where customers feel very safe and comfortable. The instructors are phenomenal, nice, friendly, cool, and great at what they do, with extensive experience that builds total confidence. The process is very organized, thorough, and the staff is qualified, providing great instructions. Many customers highlight it as one of the best decisions and a great experience they highly recommend, planning to return again and again. Most staff are noted as caring, with instructors checking on customers and assisting even after hours. However, the lady at the front counter is consistently described as not nice, dismissive, unfriendly, and appearing annoyed. A minor point is that the paid video, while awesome, may sometimes be shorter than advertised. Despite these occasional issues, the overall sentiment is extremely positive, with customers stating they would not go anywhere else.

Mo did such an amazing job, today was my first time jumping and he really did an exceptional job easing the experience from something nerve wrecking to something extremely exciting. I would come back specifically just to have him as my instructor again, he took the experience from a 10/10 to a 15/10
