The adidas Outlet Store in Clarksburg is a retail store featuring the brand's signature athletic footwear, clothes and accessories. The store is noted for being clean. It is considered decent and nice, though some find the selection not very large for women's clothes, and it may not carry certain popular or iconic shoes. The store is often seen as better for shoes or men's clothes. Experiences with staff vary; some employees are described as friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and going above and beyond, while other staff members have been noted for not working. A hard-working person deserves a shout out.
I went to the adidas outlet today to get a soccer jersey and the staff there was super kind and eager to assist me and answered all the questions I had without making me feel bad. I was helped by Ali & Amina, they went above and beyond with their service.

Really nice and friendly staff! I would give 5 stars but they were missing some stuff and sizes I wanted. Very accommodating about making exchanges.

Really nice store and staff! Have been shopping for a while and the employees make it very easy. They also speak Spanish as well. Supervisor Billy and Ellena have always been extremely helpful and I’ve always gotten great help from employees such as Vincent and Jayden.
