Today I had to visit the store because I received an item online that had a small hole in it. The cashier, whom I also believe was the manager on duty around 2pm today, January 1st was absolutely so kind and patient during the transaction. She offered to look for the exact item in store and all though it was out of stock she was able to reorder me the item and also helped me order something else too. I was not able to get her name but I truly appreciated the time and helpfulness on her part. The other gentlemen working cash was also smiling and attentive to guests across the way. Overall 10/10 experience for me solely based on the atmosphere of the store especially given that it’s the busiest season for retail workers.

Pay attention to American Eagle Outlet in Clarksburg. The advertisement in the store is misleading: "buy one and get the second one with 50% discount". In reality, they apply the discount on the lowest product!
