“Great place to live… unfortunately; I believe they have many people here on the voucher and it really shows! When someone actually works and earns something they usually respect it a little more… I’ve seen people throwing their trash out of the window of their cars like it’s not a big deal someone else will pick it up… and we wonder why their kids act the way they do; they should hire security at the very least until noon or park one of those police cameras in the parking lot it’s plenty of space to record activities… and keep the disrespectful kids from the high school from fumigating the stairwell with marijuana smoke.the schools takes no action because the school system doesn’t care because they are getting federal funding for registered kids living on the system; ie. vouchers and food stamps and so on… so; if the kid comes to school or not they are still getting their money and that’s what it’s all about not morals or responsibility for that matter. That’s why the head of MoCo schools makes as much or more than the president of the United States…”

“Despite what you may read in the reviews, this complex is 100 TIMES BETTER than it was before and during COVID. The management at the time (late 2019-late 2021) was awful. Maintenance request were being ignored. When confronting management at the time, they always made excuses and didn't get anything done. It wasn't until Keyri (and Maire-Ann) came in and made things easier. My unit had issues and they stepped up and went above and beyond to eliminate the problems. They are more communicative with what's happening and Keyri herself is very nice and caring. She does EVERYTHING POSSIBLE to make sure tenants are taken care of. Previous management could care less and just take your rent money. They even host small events at the clubhouse every now and then to bring the community together. The units here are very spacious and the complex is well-located to get to everything (metro to DC, easy access to Virginia, hotspots in Montgomery County, etc). I would highly recommend looking here to rent if you need to. As long as Keyri and her team is here, you are in good hands.”

I have been a resident of the property for quite some time and my interaction with Maira thus far has been the best.Maira is always welcoming residents with a beautiful smile and ready to help no matter what the issue could be.She has a great connection with everybody in general, and often times she goes above and beyond to fulfill residents' requests and needs.Maira has a remarquable sense of customer service. I would say one of the best !!!I was very sad to find out lately that she will be leaving our community. I am heart broken as I am not sure that we would have an assistant manager capable of matching the profesionnalism and the qualities of Maira.Maira, please stay with us and do not go !!! However, if you REALLY REALLY have to, you will be dearly missed?Farewell !!!”

“I’ve gotten information and toured these apartments from one of the managers there, Ms. Karen Z. ? She has been wonderful throughout the process for me and quick with assisting me with the process especially since she was aware I was looking for something asap with needing to find somewhere new. But also very understanding.She shared information for other apartment location as well to give me more options with what may be another preference for myself or if I’d like it more, when it came to location or convenience with my work.I love her customer service, whether it was in person, phone & email.When she wasn’t there, I was able to get assistance from Ms. Sheila, ? very welcoming and lovely to talk to as a potential resident. Ms. Sheila has wonderful customer service when I would run into her at the leasing office or spoke over the phone.The neighborhood definitely seems family friendly, clean, has reasonable amenities for residents.Thank you for your assistance Ms. Karen and Ms. Sheila! ?”

“Went on a tour for these apartments last Tuesday. Staff in the leasing center were very friendly and accommodating. Josephine took me on a tour of a 2 bedroom apartment. She was knowledgeable about the complex & was very helpful in answering all my questions & concerns. Will be back to look at some other units soon!”
“5 star quality with 5 star service. I stayed at the Instrata property and I cannot say enough how much I enjoyed my stay. Convenient to metro, restaurants and my business office. Definitely will be back.”
