Horrible service, they wanted to charge me more than on the official website, and if I had not complained they would have charged me more, and even worse, I told them I had a VIPON and they did not accept it. How many people have been overcharged without the customers knowing anything?

This shoe store specifically has really good customer service and all of the employees are nice and whenever I pick up my shoes from here or I get them delivered there’s never anything wrong with them but the Clarksburg outlet is the best store there is and it’s a clean store

Similar to other reviews about the youngsters working at this store here. I went in on a Sunday & I was never offered help. They all just stood around & watch me go around in circles. When I asked a question about online purchases the girl cut me off & said she didn’t know. Might as well have said she didn’t know & didn’t care. Didn’t even offer to help me with a bit of online purchase info.Then she said have a good day & slid the bag so hard across the table it almost fell & ran off to continue talking to her coworkers. Now Journeys & Rack Rooms? Totally different story. The kids run to the door to greet you with a smile. Your employees should take notes.
