DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!!!! I ordered stuff for Christmas weeks before Christmas. The package was never delivered. It said “sorry your package was sent the the wrong facility.” I called gap three times and still haven’t gotten a refund. The items were supposed to be delivered December 18. It is now the 28th. 10 days later. No items and no refund. Will NEVER order from here again.

The prices and merchandise is good but the staff is chatting between aisles where I try to shop and they continue despite seeing me trying to look. The toddler sunglasses had a 10 dollar price tag but during checking out I realized it was on sale.

It was approximately 8:15pm, and they were unwilling to allow us access to the fitting rooms. This was despite the fact that the store remains open until 9pm.
Utterly uncivil and unprofessional. We were left feeling disillusioned with the brand as a result.

This is by far the worst retail stores I’ve ever been too. I bought two sizes of a jacket for my son who wasn’t with me. I didn’t know which size would fit him and I specifically asked the store associate if I could bring back the one that didn’t fit. She told me “yes you can bring it back anytime as long as you have a receipt and the tag is still attached.”
After taking the clothes home and figured out which one fit him best I set aside the size that didn’t fit to take it back to the store. Being that I work 6 days a week I found it difficult to get back to the location to return the item. Today I finally found time to get back to the outlets to return the still unused item. To my surprise the store associate told me I only had 30 days to process the return and we were on day 45.
I tried calming telling the staff that I was misinformed by one of the associates and this is when the “manager” tried to brush me off by saying we can’t do anything for you and her and her staff kept rolling their eyes and laughing and embarrassing me in front of other customers. I stayed calm during the whole interaction just simply trying to ask questions of what other steps could be taken to speak to upper management which she again laughed and refused to give me her name or anybody in regional management.
This store “manager” is a younger lady and any customer should avoid shopping here. Extremely rude staff and unwilling to provide even basic customer service. Even after contacting the corporate office they said I had to wait “5 business days to hear back from the regional manager”
Highly recommend every customer not to shop at this location as it is terribly managed and in addition the store isn’t very clean. Clothes all over the place and very dusty.
