I unfortunately didn’t catch the young man’s name that helped me this morning (10/4) right after they opened but, he was incredible. I wish every shopping experience I had was like this. I told him what I needed and he went above and beyond and helping me find what I needed. I’ve never felt so taken care of while shopping as I did today. Thanks so much and I look forward to shopping here again!

I had a fantastic experience at the Johnston & Murphy outlet store, thanks to the exceptional customer service from Kevin and Victoria. Several shirts I wanted weren’t available in my size, and not only did they order them online for me, but they also went above and beyond by locating two additional stores that had the shirts in stock. They personally called those stores and arranged for the items to be shipped to me in my size. I truly can’t remember the last time I experienced such outstanding service in a retail setting. Kevin and Victoria set the bar high!

I had the honor of dealing with one of the associates named Lauren in Johnston Murphy store located in Clarksburg Maryland. I was sent an email regarding some promotions for holiday season, I called to make sure the date of said promotion. Lauren took my call and assisted me with great friendliness and professionalism. I stopped by the store a few times and eventually purchased two pairs of shoes. Throughout this purchasing process, Lauren remained professional, patient and helpful. I will return to this well-organized and cozy store in the future. I recommend this store for locals needing dress shoes and some semi-dress shoes for casual outfits.
