Reading other reviews and after my own experience, it sounds like Shaida is horrible when it comes to customer service and kids.
My husband was working late tonight so I decided to take both my girls to get more shoes - my toddler has a lot of energy and was running around the store, and I kept having to abandon the shoes we were trying to try on her to grab her. Shaida came over to the area I was at and appeared to be peaking into the bag I had bought from another store, implying I was trying to steal something. I then tried to apologize for my toddler running and the shoe box with shoes we had sitting in the middle of the floor, and she would ignore me and just sigh. Then, another customer walked in and in a super phony voice she said to the new customer “welcome in”, which really clued me in she had bad intentions toward me. I would have left and not bought anything all together but my older daughter was really set on a pair of shoes there, so instead of buying the 6 pairs of shoes I had intended to buy, we just went with one pair, which I realized after we paid that she had over charged us for. When I went back and showed her the display that had the lower price with the shoes, she said “well as you know, customer mess up display all the time”. Like ???? No apology, no nothing. Even the display that I “messed up” with my toddler I put back together because I have also worked in the industry. She clearly hates her job, that store, and if I was the owner I would let her go immediately, as she is clearly declining sales from all the other reviews i read about her. She also kept trying to flip her name tag the other way so I wouldn’t see it. Nice try, Shaida.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this shoe store! The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to help my daughter find the perfect pair of shoes, taking their time to make sure she felt comfortable and confident. It wasn’t just about making a sale, they truly cared about her experience. It’s rare to find that kind of service these days, and I’m so grateful we found them. We’ll absolutely be back and will recommend them to everyone we know! Special shout out to Shaida, she cares about her customers and her employees and it shows!

No respecting the customer, I don't know even if those people are there for working , because not helping customer, I as customer won't go there again and won't recommend it for any of my friends

Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. The cashier was rude, dismissive, and she made no effort to greet or assist me during a return. I had to initiate everything. I’ve unsubscribed from their emails and won’t be shopping here again April 25th 10am

Don’t go there if you have kids. The cashier just ask us to leave because my toddlers where playing and “it is not a playground there”. Disappointed.

Very nice shoe center. There are multiple brands and some good deals and discounts also. I went on black Friday sale, so there were add-on discounts. You can find multiple brands over here, there are some in-house brands also which are of good quality. Do check this place out once.The best part of this place is the store services, we were not comfortable with one pair of shoes, so we returned it after one-day use. And they accepted it and refunded the amount.
