Very disappointing service! The checkout lady mixed up our coupon, and she sad need recheck every items again. She refused to take our 20% coupon, she sad it is for VIP. But it is not, I showed her coupon details. Because her mistake and wrong information she unhappy and refused check out for us. After I ask manager to come she ask me to leave store. How ridiculous service you ask paying customer leave the store? She sad she is store manager. I hope not, even so she has no right to ask customer leaving store. Total price was over $100 so can be use 20% coupon.

as a long-term and loyal tommy customer, this was my worst tommy experience ever. the male staff at the fitting room was rude and racist. he was demonstrated aggressive behaviour when we talked to other staff so we had to leave the store. couldn’t buy anything we wanted so it was extremely disappointing.

I would give this place a 0-star rating if that were an option. I visited to return an item, and while the tag was still intact, I didn’t have a receipt. I assumed they automatically send e-receipts, but I was wrong. They only send them if the customer specifically requests one, which I learned the hard way. It hadn’t even been 24 hours since I made the purchase, and I asked if they could pull up the transaction using my credit card, but they refused. They didn’t offer any alternative solutions and treated me very rudely. The staff was incredibly disrespectful, and I was made to feel like my concerns didn’t matter. This was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had. The staff is unhelpful and outright rude. I won’t be returning, and it’s clear TOMMY’s standards have seriously dropped.
