I had a really good experience with online rep Thomas on 3/12/23 concerning opening a CD & funding it with a personal check from a Maryland Federal Credit Union. I was advised that in order to establish timely deposit for the specially advertised CD that I should travel to a Capital One brick & mortar office located near me in Clarksville, MD. which I did the following day.On 3/13/23 I arrived at the Clarksville location & was quickly serviced by Christopher Jones who assisted me in completing the necessary CD paperwork, including the check submission & certificate of receipt. He also answered all my questions & his explanation of the process that would take place was very thorough. Christopher did a great job & I expressed my satisfaction & his interaction with me as excellent!!I was very happy to learn from your excellent employees that I have a Capital one facility in my general area.

This location is competent and has good customer service. Recently I went to make a withdrawal and they verified everything. They also were masked behind their glass wall.

The ATM at the Clarksville location dispensed a torn $100.00 bill and so far has not agreed to allow for a return and reissue of a usable $100 bill or any reissue of my 100 dollars.

I went to the Clarksville branch office to discuss opening CD with a check from a CD that I had cashed at a credit union. The teller said that the person who could do that was at lunch and I would have to wait an unspecified time; so I left. I went back early the next morning, and another teller told me that it a Capital One CD could not be titled in a trust. Back home, I called the central Capital One phone number, and was instructed on how to do it. There is a process to do it, and I am surprised and disgusted that the tellers don't know the bank's processes.

Should be 0 stars, asked to set up a business account was told they cant set up a time for the next 3 weeks, asked to speak with the manager was told they would not be available until the end of the week, what a joke. Unless you want to get the run around and terrible customer service every time you bank I suggest you go elsewhere

Very unhelpful staff. We do a lot of banking with capital one and we also give them a lot of business as business owners and they do not value their customers. I was trying to open another account with them that would be a high value account for them with my new business but they don't appreciate their customers so I will be taking my business elsewhere. I should close out all of our accounts and give our money to a bank that knows how to treat their customers.

I am a business customer and continue to have challenges with customer service at this branch. They make a point to try not to help you versus being helpful. They argue with customers and simply make it difficult to deposit your money. Why is it so hard to be nice?

Just now 12:14 Constructive reviewThis is a lesson for you guys at the bank4 stars because today was not nice and not polite at all,i have my business account with you and today i had to see how you took 3 people ahead of me,solved 3 different customers problems,printed a paper that the customer had to sign, picked 2 phone calls and some one got change while i was calmly waiting for a simple cashier check to be printed, who to blame?...You took 36 minutes of my time and money(I have no employees so I had to close the store) and didn't even politely offer me an apology/excuse or even waved the $10 fee( Wich would have showed that you acknowledged the time i was there waiting), is crazy that a customer told me they felt bad that they were taking my time and apologized but not the guys a the bank! i don't know....it's just not right something bothered me, Maybe it was that i had a dead line .Next time priorities should be first and you should try to help the people that been decently waiting and with good posture towards the time sensitive situation.

Made a cash deposit and the ATM at the drivethru took the money, did not return it and did not deposit it in my account. Had to sat there for almost an hour to file a claim over the phone. Now I have to wait for God knows how long until they do an investigation to get my money back. Ugh!
