Do not rent at this location for a speciality vehicle. We booked a pick up that was needed to move. Got a confirmation number. We received a voicemail yesterday asking that said “calling to confirm your reservation” not you must call us back to confirm your reservation. Went to pick up today and they had no trucks. Sales associate was rude and did not provide adequate assistance to solve the problem. She stated we had to verbally confirm 24 hours out but that information was not clearly communicated. It is also different from what they were doing last year as we rented several trucks at this location in the past. We were luckily able
to find a truck at the Jessup location but ended up paying more than expected.

Was their on Monday to book it for Friday. Came today to pick it up girl named ashely says they have a booking since months for the car.

I had great customers service picking up my rental car. Ethan was wonderful 😁 He made the process very easy.
The return process was just as easy. I would definitely use this Enterprise Rental Car location again.

I had a pleasant experience with Clarksville Enterprise. The staff is incredibly friendly and the process or renting and returning was smooth sailing. I will definitely look forward to doing business with them in the future.

They never have cars even if you have a reservation from priceline. This has happened twice just in the last few days. The staff also seem a bit distracted and unorganized.

I was assigned to a premium vehicle with no additional charge, it handled like a dream, I was called by the local office after they processed my return to see how the car worked for me and if I had any issues. I found the phone call a nice touch and the rental staff was friendly. The whole process was quick, easy, and fun.

Devon Zhang is a true professional that Enterprise is lucky to have.
Today-04/03/2024 my wife was unfortunately involved in a car accident and needed a rental. After I got off the phone with our insurance company at 4:48pm I called the Clarksville branch. I'll be honest, calling this close to closing time at 5pm I figured I wouldn't be able to get her a rental. When Devon answered my phone call he told me not to worry he would have a vehicle ready for us and he was more than glad to wait after business hours for us to arrive.
When we arrived (5 minutes after typical closing time) Devon was extremely professional and explained the entire process to us. The last time I came to this branch it wasn't this great of an experience but I'm thankful for Devon especially in a hectic and shell shocking experience with his calm and professional manor. Customer service was above and beyond both Rosalyn and Devon were great. My car got totaled and insurance only covered rental for 5 days. Rosalyn was willing to work with me for a fair rate. Whenever I called in with questions or concerns she was available and patient. I will definitely come back if I need a rental car.
