The worst, made a reservation over the phone for a Full Size SUV to seat 7, went in the next day to pick it up and was told they don't have it, haven't had one for weeks. Offered an alternative of a small SUV, worthless.

The customer service was exceptional at this location. I have no complaint on the begining or ending time spent with my rental car. If i need to use a rental car again, i will return to this location.. CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THE TIME!!!

HORRIBLE Experience and poor customer service skills. Spoke w/ Adam several times over the phone to schedule a rental car after I was in a MVA. Spoke with him several times over the phone and he confirmed that I can come to pick up the keys. When we arrived to pick up the keys, he informed us the car is not at his location but instead at the Jessup location. Why would I call the Clarksville location to schedule pick up for a vehicle in Jessup? He then proceeded to tell us we can go pick up the car in Jessup "IF" it is still available. He first made an error in making the reservation at the wrong location and then told us to go to Jessup but couldn't guarantee a vehicle for us?! I would have understood if he at least admitted to his error or even apologized for the inconvenience.Terrible service, save yourself the time and headache of dealing with ADAM and go to any other Enterprise location.

Horrible horrible experience. I rent from Enterprise fairly regularly at other locations. I had an appointment for 5 pm at the Columbia Enterprise. I called to let them know I would be arriving at 5:05. The manager, Ryan, told me that I was out of luck. Nowhere in the reservation does it indicate they close at 5:01. The manager also hung up on me after I asked him for a touch of compassion and lenience. Zero care for the customer.

My car was totaled and I was in desperate need of a rental, after many phone calls back and forth over several days, they admitted they did not have one. I then reserved one to be delivered to me 10 days in advance on a specific date, and they totally blew me off. No delivery, not even a phone call. They will not get my future business. One star because I had to - should be -5 stars

I have been waiting all day for my rental car to show as promised, they won’t answer the phone or return my calls. I have a reservation and it means absolutely nothing. Now they are closed. Thanks enterprise, you will never get my business again!

Worst service ever I'll never work with them ever they pull money out of your account without calling and when asking about it they lie and say they called and they also pull more than what they tell you they are gonna be pulling. They are THIEVES!!!! Bad customer service.

I got a car from the Clarksville, MD Enterprise, after I dropped off my car at the body shop next door. The car was a Charger with 25000 miles on it. It was o.k., needed windshield wiper blades, the power ports didn't work (and the fuse was good so I don't know what the problem was), at a tire kept needing air. I was told they had no other cars, and that I could take it to a tire place had have it fixed on them, but I didn't want to bother with that. I just rode around with an air tank and tire gage. Good thing I own an air compressor to fill the tank every few days. The people there were helpful and apologized for the inconvenience. It was a minor one. I let them know about what the car needed.
