“This is a wonderful little store. I've been shopping here for 15+ years, mostly to buy bird feeding supplies, but also books, puzzles, cards, etc. They have the best selection of products for birds, plus a wide variety of nature-related gifts and other merchandise. They pack a lot into a small space. The staff is always friendly and helpful, ready to offer good advice and to carry my bags of seed to my car, and I've often swapped bird sightings with the owners. I appreciated how they found ways to stay open safely during the pandemic, with clearly stated policies, pre-ordering, and contact-free pickups.”
“I highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for great pop culture merchandise for a gift or to treat yourself. This store was very clean and well organized I believe in large part to the great management of Nyrie (I hope I spelled it correctly). She was very hospitable during our visit and helped us find everything we needed as well as offered great recommendations regarding current sales and promotions. This is the second or third different BoxLunch I have been to and overall they seem to be staffed with great people who value customer service. “I came here a couple of days ago to find some kpop albums that I couldn't find at the big stores, and I ended up finding a lot of the items I was looking for :) The prices are a little higher, but the quality is definitely worth it, and the customer service here is GREAT! The girl at the register, Gab, was so helpful with my questions and even made small talk with me about different kpop groups and albums which really made the experience worth it, will definitely recommend this store to any kpop enjoyers in the area”
