  Put in a prescription at noon one time. They said it will be ready in an hour. Came by at 4pm....not ready. They said give them two more hours. Went home(15 minute drive), got text prescription is ready for pick-up.🥴. Poor communication.

  6/16…store hours are 7:00 am-10pm…it is 8:30 am…store doors are not open…Clarksville Walgreens the worst!!!!!

  This is by far the worst pharmacy of all the Walgreens I have used. I never wait less than 20-30 minutes and prescriptions are never filled same day, always out of stock and I have had to wait more than 3 days for a child’s antibiotic to be filled for an infection which instead of offering to transfer it, just said “sorry”. The only saving grace is Mr. Harish (I think his name is), he’s so pleasant, but overall the pharmacy is poorly managed. I’ve been trying to stick it out because this store itself is clean and well stocked but after 5 years, I’m done!

  The pharmacy clerk at this location, Mr. Harish, is extremely kind and helpful. An asset to his employer.

  First time I've used the pharmacy for 4 years because they always messed up. But the doctor mistakenly sent it here to Walgreens, but this time everything went like clockwork and my medicine was correct. People were pleasant at the medicine pickup drive-thru. I will try them again since they are much closer to home. I hope this wasn't a fluke, and they finally got things organized.

  I wish there is an option for zero star. Our flu shot appointment was 11:20. We arrived at 11:10 and completed all the check-in paperwork. We were told the wait time is 30 min at 11:30 (which means 12pm) without further explanation. As of now (12:21pm), we are still waiting, with kids hungry and crying.

  I would give minus rating for this Walgreens, very bad experience every time. I ordered the in-stock over the counter medications and they confirmed the order and then cancelled after few min. I checked again and the items were in stock.

  Worst experience at this pharmacy. Make sure your prescription has your address on it, otherwise they will not filled in your med. Go to CVS

  Absolute joke of a pharmacy. My child had a prescription sent in from urgent care. I called to check on the status, they told me it would be ready at 3:30 and that I would receive a text confirmation, which I never did. I called back at 3:30, spoke with a different person who said the prescription is out of stock. When I asked whether anyone was planning to contact me and let me know it was not available he said, “I just got here, I’m just the messenger. But yeah, we don’t have it.” No attempt whatsoever to find an alternative option. What a disaster this place is.

  Good experience with the photo center last weekend. Fast pickup, found my order right away.

  Pharmacy is not efficient. I called in a prescription on Friday for 30 pills. On Sunday I went to pick up and it wasn’t ready. Pharmacy staff said to give her 10 minutes. It’s now been 50 minutes and they tell me they can only partially fill it. Oh wait, now they can fill it but I have to wait for the pharmacist to check it. This poor family with 3 kids have been waiting for their shots for 30 minutes and just got pulled back to be seen…. by the pharmacist who is supposed to check my Rx. Finally, 2 days and 50 minutes later I got my prescription!
