The rep changed my password and decided I didn’t need to know that bit of info. Now I have a disabling chronic illness and am house bound in temperature in 75 and above temp. That day was above 90 degrees. I couldn’t go back to fix his selfish decision. I can’t change it without the stinking password. You fix it or I’ll find a company that will!

The manager Help and was Very helpful and was Knowlegable.
The sale agent was very helpful. I came in later in the day and he was alone but still handled me and 3 other customers multitasking. I appreciate his efforts in making it a smooth process.

The staff is lazy and slow. Even after I called at&t and was told I would have to go to a local store to get help, the store still told me I was still wrong. It wasn't until I called the help line again and wasted another 30 mins just to be told I was right. Verizon here I come.

Anthony is his crew of minions very bad lier he said the iPhone had 4 days of battery and said that the phone is very fast and can be fully charged in 15 mins my grandma fell for his lies and got the phone and to Anthony and his crew of minions YOU GUYS ARE THE WORST PEOPLE EVER LYING TO A ELDERLY
