This place was fine. Came here because the braid hair we ordered from Amazon didn't arrive on time and needed something in a pinch.The selection of braiding hair here is pretty limited. In fact, the hair I ended up buying for $2.99 a bag was THE EXACT SAME as what I was waiting on from Amazon. I paid $18 for an eight-pack on Amazon. Def some major markup... What I liked about this place was the fact that I was not followed or made to feel uncomfortable by racist non-Black owners. The lady who owns the store was actually very nice.I believe the store is rebranding, too. They seem to have some sort of wig specialization, too.

OMG! This is the best wig shop/beauty supply store I have been too. The reviews were absolutely right. The owner greeted me with a friendly smile and attitude and personally assisted me along with another young lady who styles the wigs in the back in selecting the perfect wig I was looking for. They were both extremely nice and helpful. This will be my new go to beauty supply and wig shop. A+++ customer service.

I don't write many reviews but my experience was totally worth taking the time to write this. I highly recommend this establishment. Monica and Destiny helped custom make a natural-looking hair unit and extended gentle, yet informative and professional customer service from the beginning to end of the process. Mind you, I went in based on a google search--and searched diligently for a reputable place to find a beautiful wig to mask my recent hair loss. Many women know that when you lose your hair, it is a very traumatic experience. And when you're not used to wearing wigs, it can be quite daunting too. But these ladies helped me--they consulted me, asked questions, and ensured I was happy with the final reveal. And they are reasonable as well. This makes customers want to come back when you're treated well AND find get a nice quality product in the end. Thanks ladies.

DO NOT BUY HAIR FROM THEM!!! They are selling synthetic hair as virgin. The owner I think his name is Travis willingly sells the hair knowing it is bad! Do not go to this store... for anything!!!!

Is it possible for me to leave 10 starts???? I love this beauty supply. I have been a customer for 8 years and I am so glad that Bella Crown will always be my beauty supply of choice! I say this even though I live in Baltimore now! Most recently, I needed hair and I was unsatisfied with the products my local beauty supplies and Amazon had in stock. I didn't want to drive so far to Bella since I live in Baltimore now. I called the shop and as usual received friendly customer service. Monica Johng helped me quickly identify the hair I needed and then she said dont drive here-I can ship to you! In less than a half hour, she helped me pick and purchase my hair, created the shipping label and had the hair packaged up so that I would receive it in 1-2 days!! So efficient and helpful. This is the service that I always receive and the reason I will continue to support Bella Crown! Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!

My new beauty supplies spot! Went to a new store close to home. No greeting upon entering. Didn't even look up. Regret spending one dime there! My mother & I were pleasantly assisted by Monica. Destiny, the stylist is outstanding. Saw her finishing a client. Loved it. So, I will drive farther from my home to receive exceptional service! I believe her son & husband were there and they were just as kind.
