First, the boutique is very relaxing which matches Boutte's personality. I had a silk press and deep conditioner. My hair was soft and beautiful when completed. I truly appreciated that Boutte would ask about your sensitivities, allergies, etc. to ensure your experience is the best. And mine was!! I would definitely recommend.

Boutte saved me in a hair emergency after a stylist I booked cancelled on me a couple hours before my appointment. She was understanding, empathetic and quick! She also was very affordable and was able to achieve my desired style (for a wedding) with no issues. I was only in town for the wedding, but should I find myself back in the area I will happily stop in for a loc maintenance visit. Thank you Boutte!Service: Dreadlocks

We chose this place because of the good reviews and pics. My daughter went in today to get a silk press with trim was charged $95 upfront. If I knew that was the case, we would’ve went somewhere else because I have never paid full price upfront for a service that hasn’t been rendered. Maybe half but definitely not full. I wish I went with her, but she took Uber. When I picked her up, I had to wait an additional 5 min because they decided to take pics once she said she was leaving when they could’ve taken them well before that. She was done at least 15 min before I arrived. Anyway you wouldn’t believe that she just walked out of a salon. Her hair looked as though she had just ran a marathon, very bushy, like she got it done a week ago. You could see the white residue from whatever edge control product they used. The trim looks horrible…I could’ve and would’ve done a far better job, but I just didn’t have the time. If I didn’t have somewhere to be, I would’ve spoke to the manager and tried to get her money back. No way this mess should’ve cost $95. Just bad. She is 18 and I wish she was more vocal before leaving but whatever, lesson learned. I would NOT recommend this place to anybody. Pics were taken as soon as we got home. Absolutely hands down the best stylist, very creative, knowledgeable and to top it off a super amazing personality! As always Boutte chose my style and not only executed but delivered for my half up half down knotless braids. She will continue to be my forever stylist. This salon is the best from the front desk to the shampoo girl and ultimately the stylist. They are very big on customer service and want to ensure you are happy with your services.I absolutely love Boutte! She keeps my hair looking it’s best and healthy. I never have any worries when my hair is in her hands. Boutte is very creative and knows a lot about hair which allows me to feel confident with any choice she makes. It’s my birthday today (11/5!) and I found Boutte on Google. The salon was 8 minutes from my previous salon, where I ran out with clean, wet hair, due to my stylist running late!! She saved me from an emergency of having to do my hair myself on my birthday and I’m SO appreciate of her. I appreciate her for getting me in, taking my call, and doing my hair so quickly!!!!
