Where do I even begin with how dissatisfied I have been with the service at this Caliber Collision location. Not a single person on their staff - from front desk to GM calls you back when they say they will. I had to hound them to find out when my car would be finished so I could arrange transportation there. When I arrived, I waited 45 minutes for them to bring the car around. I was told it would be cleaned and it was covered in pink markings, there was still a crack in a piece they supposedly replaced, and my key looked like the bottom had been crushed, dipped in goo and forced back together. Needless to say I asked that the repair be completed and a new key ordered for me - for which I had to leave my car again and was told it would take about a week. Two weeks later, I still don't have a car, and now when I call to be updated I get three wildly different stories - I've been told 3 times now from three different people over a 4 day period that it was getting prepped for clean up and would be done the following day - that was over a week ago. And last night, someone even called and left a message that they were still waiting on a part and it probably wouldn't be ready until next week. I was even told that the GM would contact me directly and I still haven't heard anything. This place is a total mess, communication has been absolutely terrible and my whole experience has been completely OPPOSITE of the motto - dedicated to Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life®.No one returns your call or updates you when they say they will. I was totally gaslit when I pointed out that the repair hadn't been completed and they damaged my key. And when I shared my disappointment in the lack of communication noting that this was a huge inconvenience, the person I spoke to had the nerve to say, "Why is it an inconvenience?" I mean gee - I run a business, I have responsibilities and a car-dependent life, I only have a rental car for 30 days and we're creeping up on that quickly, I live a half hour from this location and have to arrange transportation each time I need to go there because supposedly my car is ready, which also means that I have to rearrange my work and client schedule... I don't know, what's inconvenient about those things?? Are you kidding?I was told my car would be ready Friday - cleaned and ready. I said I couldn't pick it up until Monday. I waited 45 minutes for them to bring it around and the work wasn't done properly so now I've been waiting an additional 2 weeks when they said there wasn't even a backorder on the parts needed - what is the problem?I was not kept informed during the process.I had to call multiple times a week just to be updated and finally only received a call when I called my insurance company to complain.The first time I went to pick it up my car was FAR dirtier than when I dropped it off. I was told my vehicle would be clean and it had pink marker all over the exterior, was splashed in mud, and all kinds of scuffs and dirt on the interior in the driver's area.I do not recommend this company to ANYONE as I'm still waiting for my car's original repairs to be completed properly! There was still a crack in the grill cover that either hadn't been repaired or happened during installation.

I went there to get my vehicle front end fixed and before the end of the day I got an estimate and timeframe when it will be done . Jennifer who worked at the front desk was very polite and friendly and Shelton kept me informed all through the repair process also Thanks to the entire staff who worked to get my vehicle fixed.Services: Painting

Most of the work seem to be good but I had to go back to get something reconnected. The staff seemed friendly . The Place is really congested no place to park , before we drove off I checked inside of the car and there was a lot of glass left in the car that was visible . This was ridiculous and totally unacceptable !!!

This place has pushed back my pick up date for my car 4 times already. They are very inconsiderate and will not even call and update you on the progress of your vehicle. And if you call and ask for an update it's an attitude. My car was supposed to be done on the 11th. It's now the 21st and for some reason they are still working on my car. Will never use this place again
