First time coming here and this place needs to close, NOW! I mean the place is dirty, people are not helpful at all. Walked in thinking I could pay off credit cards with cash and got nothing but a hard time. Also, tried to use the ATM, but that is broke. They don't want to just look at your ID but make a copy of it. NEVER LET SOMEONE MAKE A COPY OF YOUR ID! People are not to be trusted. There so called policy, if there is one it should be posted. There is too much fraud to think that your information is safe just because they work at a bank. I have had Capital One credit cards for years and even had auto loans from them and everything was great. This place is a horrible representation of Capital One. I hope it can be completely renovated and with all new people. If not, just close it.

Terrible customer service, avoid this place if you can. They don’t like helping customers if they have to stop their conversations. And they likely discriminate against non-English speaking customers. I was told their policy changed suddenly when they didn’t want to help me sign up my au pair who needed some translation help (which I was there to help). Very lazy.

The customer service is not good. Waited 30 minutes to be helped. Rep assisted with request but I didn't receive any verification documents that it was completed. Rep not welcoming....just not a good experience.

Your leadership's decision to close nearly all locations and pack customers in like sardines was the deciding factor for me to leave Capital One and switch to another bank. CEOs focused solely on maximizing profits at the expense of its workforce and customers will continue loose clients.

I had my second cleaning today at this dental center. I highly recommend the hygienist Kenny. He takes the time to explain the cleaning procedures, acknowledges your concerns, educates you on maintaining healthy teeth & gums & compliments what you are doing to maintain healthy teeth & gums. Im terrified of dentist & was again totally relaxed because he asked through out the cleaning , are you okay & can I proceed, He made me feel comfortable the entire cleaning with friendly conversation. I highly recommend Kenny if you have fears of dental cleanings. Please request Kenny for your best experience in my opinion. CT
