This company has not only wasted our time but also negatively affected our customer, since this order was for them. Honestly, one star is too generous—I wish I could give negative five.
First, the customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Carolyn was extremely rude and dismissive. We dropped off our glass over a month ago and paid in advance, as they required. Last week, we received a call saying the glass was ready. When we went to pick it up, they suddenly claimed it was not ready and that the person who called “couldn’t remember” making that call.
When we asked for an update—since it’s already been over a month—Carolyn responded with, “I don’t know what you want me to tell you, I can’t move that glass around to tell you anything.”
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. They take your money, deliver rude and disrespectful service, and drag out a job that should have taken two weeks into months of frustration.

Renee is a nasty person. She overpriced me to reinstall my mirrors $1800. It was a total of three big mirrors. When I called to discuss the over pricing she continued to cut me off while I was talking and then hung up on me. Then when I went to have a conversation in person I knocked on the door not hostile or irate she called the police on me for no reason. This company tries to over charge black people and that’s how I felt. The job was a small job and they were reusing my mirrors. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Very well priced glass shop. Cut the glass i needed at a very reasonable price. 2 day turnover time. Price couldn't be any better. Customer service was the best !! Highly recommend this shop !

Went to get a window replaced and was charged $174 to replace glass this was absolutely outrageous cracked up the molding and said it be ok but for almost $200 it should've been replaced then the owner says to what can I give you, what would .ake you go away total disrespect then tries to had me $20 dollars I would never and never refer speak or ever ride that street again freakin shotty work and way over priced buy online forget these creeps

I ordered a mirror online that was delivered broken. I took the mirror here and they fixed it with no problems. The service was great, quick, and I have no complaints! I would definitely recommend.

To make a long story short my elderly mother had fallen in that bathroom In order to get in the house I had to break the glass a double pane glass I have done business with them before them before i knew it would be quickly replaced The guys were very friendly and helpful
