I had the best experience at Prime Storage. Moving is a very stressful experience and when I got to Prime Storage, Nicole put me right at ease with her friendly, cheerful attitude. She helped me find the perfect space and turned the day around for me and my husband! The area is clean and safe and I couldn’t be a happier customer! I like that when its time for rent they will notify you, If you are a few days past the due date they will pad your storage, after its paid, they forgot to take the pad off. Called and spoke with someone he never told me about a additional lock on there. Was ending my storage, went there with a moving company, couldnt move my items out due to their lock. It was on a Sunday. I called them the office was closed, but spoke with someone they were supposed to get in touch with the office manager but never got a call back, until I kept calling them to see if they got in touch with anyone. They cost me a moving fee. A call from them the next day not from the manager but a worker she said she will take the pad lock off.
Not once did I here from the manager!
The only time, I had a problem with them.
