I dropped off my coat at this Cleaners, and when I picked it up , one of the seams was torn. I know for sure there was no damage on the coat when I dropped it off. I paid $30 which is really high compared to other cleaners and find it completely unacceptable that my items were damaged. When I went back to get the item fixed they tried to make me pay an additional $12. They said it was impossible for the machine to damage only a small section, that it would have torn the entire thing apart which I find very hard to believe.Long story short: I dropped it off intact and picked it up damaged. I could have used my own washer machine for this kind of service.

If I could leave a zero I would. I took my sons karate uniform there to get patches and the pants hemmed. The man stated they would cut it. I said no just hem it as he grows I can let the hem out. He stated I don't know if my seamstress can do that I will call you to let you know. I returned today to see the CUT the pants. He didn't care said that he can get the material and sew it attach it on. Who in the hell does that. I told them they need to purchase a new uniform. He said we can refund me the cost to hem it which was way less than what I paid. The customer service there is HORRIBLE! I would not waste my money there! They were clearly in the wrong and unapologetic. Don't waste you time and money there. Go else where to get better service. Very unprofessional!!!

If I could give Clinton Park Cleaners zero stars, I would. Their fees are absolutely ridiculous for subpar work this includes alterations. I asked them to steam my Prada coat. When I received it, it was still wrinkled. I haven't been back. Unbeknownst to me, my 19 year old son went there for alterations. They charged him $422 for alterations for 3 suit jackets, 2 pair of slacks and 2 pair of jeans which included basic hemming and take-ins. He is not even happy with the alterations. To correct the sleeves, they want to charge him an additional $140 which is absolutely ridiculous. They are the worst. Don't walk away from them...run!!! Trust me.
