DO NOT EVER USE THIS PLACE - They did a horrible job and refused to fix it the following week, lied about their warranty, basically they will ask to pay in cash so you can't go after them. Terrible experience. Must know that DipYourCar isn't taking any responsibilities for their services.

I went in to get some emblems work done for my car. The quality of the work I would rate from 1-10, a 5. When you pay for a service of work, you would expect to receive quality work right? That did not happen in my case. I was told finishing time around 3pm or earlier. Dropped of the car around 12:30pm. Did not finish work until 4:45pm. I will not be going back again. I recommend others stay far, far away from this business.

My issue revolves around a canceled appointment and the use of my $100 deposit to secure said appointment. I'll try to be brief... The "booking policy" at DMV Dips is as follows: ---- Our Booking Policy A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR FULL CARS. PLEASE CALL 571-329-4231 TO LEARN MORE. *Material Deposits are non-refundable* IF BOOKING ON A MOBILE DEVICE: LANDSCAPE ORIENTATION IS NECESSARY TO VIEW COMPLETE CALENDAR ---- To me this means two things: - If you are getting a full car dip you must leave a deposit. - Deposits are used to buy materials for your project. Unfortunately, when I canceled my appointment -- 20 days in advance - to dip the trim and wheels on my BWM, DMV Dips not only accepted my cancellation without any issue -- they never said, "oh by the way if you cancel you won't get your $100 back" -- they also refused to return my deposit when I inquired about it days later. DMV Dips said they could not refund my deposit because it had been used to buy materials (20 days in advance?) for my project. When I asked DMV Dips to send me an invoice which showed that they'd purchased materials for my car, DMV Dips said that was not possible. To me it seems clear that DMV Dips is collecting deposits not to fund the projects for which they are made, but to fund their day-to-day business operations.
