Let’s talk about customer service and paying attention. There was only one cashier on duty and of course customers get frustrated. Eventually, another cashier open but they informed customer they would not be open long. So a customer looked at me and said I believe your next and she turned by cart to the open register . The cashier stop and pushed my cart back and said naw. I’m taking everybody else. Now mind you patience is a virtue. After several minutes of remaining open and not closing their Register she looked and saw I was still in line because the customer in front of me had a large transaction. So the moral the story ma’am your customer services needs some fixing and so does your grammar. To push my cart back into the other line means your rude. As customers please pay attention to your transactions I did not get a bag but I was still charged for one. So that stealing from the customer.

I was coming to find some balloons for my boyfriend bday and i ran into an employee who was having a side conversation with another employee i said excuse me she still decided to continue her conversation and then i said excuse me again and she said you need something i said yes and i told her i was looking for some purple balloons and she asked me did the person send me to her and i said no then she proceeded to continue her conversation and while i was walking away i overheard her say to the other employee you know what i hate most is when customers ask me questions, very nasty attitude to have this happened around 2:25 on saturday april 12. very bad for the establishment.

I went this store to get balloons for my daughter’s birthday party. When I requested the balloons I wanted, the associate helping me realized the helium tank was empty. The tall guy with tattoos (didn’t get his name) on the register called another associate to work the register, while he went to the back to switch out the helium tank.
I expressed my thanks to him for providing excellent customer service and wanted to highlight his professionalism and publicly thank him for helping me make my daughter’s party memorable.

Credit card skimmers on terminals in this store. Sad our own people in our neighborhood always trying to get over on people and being thief's. That employee from store in the video needs to be investigated. We don't need musty back heifers stealing from hard working paying customers.

Watch out for credit card skimmers at this location. I had to get a charge disputed and had to freeze one of my accounts after making a trip to this place.

Wouldn't recommend this location. I attempted a return today at 545pm and was refused. There is no notice displayed saying no returns in the store(or on the doors or windows) and no notice on my receipt. One male employee said they provide returns and the female employee refused to process my return stating I should go pick an item to exchange. She is a brown complextion African American female around 5 feet 4 inches plus size body frame with misaligned vision. Her name may be Denisha or Banisha.

I was in store today to buy supplies for my son’s school and the service was horrible. I don’t know why people work in customer service and have nasty attitudes. The lines are always down the aisle and around the corner with at least three employees working. 2 employees doing other things and one on the register. No one ever wants to be the cashier. To tell a customer I cant be up here all day is very unprofessional and rude especially when the one line open is around the corner. Why would you open a lane to ring up 2 customers and then start complaining about the job you get paid to do? Make it make sense. Great customer service would be to get the lines down with a smile and some professionalism.

My family lives in the area and has frequented this location for years. What began as a light hearted and fun shopping trip for myself and my son, ended in us leaving empty handed. Upon approaching the check out line, my son loaded his items at the end of the belt while another customer was being serviced. After the customer ahead of us was finished, the cashier very rudely told my son to move his things up the belt. I immediately recognized that her entire demeanor was one of annoyance. I tried to continue loading our items, and I told my son to put the cart away. I then pushed my items up the belt, to see what sort of reaction i would receive. To which the cashier told me wasn’t necessary. To which i responded it wasn’t necessary for her to be rude to my son either. This altercation escalated to her and I shouting at each other so mySon and i left. Never were we greeted with a “hello, how are you?” Let alone a friendly face. The service here today was beyond disrespectful, and as a manager who works in customer service, it’s never okay to be blatantly rude to a customer let alone a child. The clinton dollar tree has lost my respect and my hard earned dollars. My son did nothing to be treated so harshly and fortunately for him I spoke up. Everybody is having a tough time without having to be met with attitude and just all around nastiness. Don’t play with strangers that way. It’s dangerous.UPDATE - I attempted to reach out to the store this morning to address the situation and to also apologize myself allowing another persons attitude to get me out of character, however I was left on hold, picked back up and told the store manager was coming, and then hung up on. So I have now escalated this complaint to corporate. This entire store needs to re evaluate their staff and management.
