From start to finish, my experience with Enterprise was nothing short of outstanding. The staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. I was greeted with a warm welcome the moment I walked in, and the check-in process was smooth and fast.
The vehicle I received was spotless, well-maintained, and exceeded my expectations in comfort and performance. What stood out the most was the level of customer service — the team went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and answered all my questions with patience and clarity.
Returning the car was just as easy as picking it up, with clear instructions and helpful staff ready to assist. I truly appreciated the transparency, the fair pricing, and the peace of mind that comes with knowing you’re in good hands.

My encounters with the enterprise have consistently been exceptional.
The customer service representatives exhibit a high level of professionalism, and the premises are well-maintained, providing a friendly atmosphere upon entry.
The waiting period is consistently brief, and the vehicles are well-kept, fueled, and modern.
I would certainly endorse this to anyone seeking to rent or buy a vehicle.

I received a thoughtful courtesy phone call before my rental, where the representative updated me on the details of my reservation, including the pick-up location and vehicle options available. This proactive communication made me feel valued as a customer and helped ensure that my rental process went smoothly. Overall, their attentiveness and professionalism contributed significantly to a positive rental experience.

I am highly appreciative of the service received here. My life was shifted suddenly when what started as my car getting repaired turned into a total loss. It is the little graces in life like empathy, kindness, respect, consideration, and just good process that can encourage someone during their day. Enterprise gave all of these to me. Anytime I called to get the process started someone answered the phone and although I can tell they get lots of calls I was treated with patience and the utmost respect. They explained they would pick me up from the Collision dealer (that shuttle was a blessing). Ms. Bethany came and picked me up and got out the car to greet me as well as opened my doors and explained we had one more stop and if we were comfortable. She guided us step by step and once at Enterprise immediately got behind the counter to get us checked out. Cars were ready and waiting and Mr. Jordan took me to see what cars felt good and made me feel safe. I received my SUV and was on my way. As I stated what turned out to be a total lost resulted in me having to get back in touch with Mr. Jordan and he updated my notes/files and told me he would stay in contact with me as my Adjuster worked on my claim to keep the car a few more days. They reassured me I should be fine and that we would work out return time once we had the appropriate information. So what was I thought to be 2 weeks turned into a month and I finally took my car back today and once again Ms. Bethany was there. The same manners, smile, greeting, and professionalism met me upon arrival. The office was clean and smelled good. While waiting for her to clear the truck I overhead another employee Tiffany on the phone with a client who seemed to be clueless to the process of insurance and rentals. Not once did she sigh or raise her voice or act annoyed. She continued to explain empathetically how the insurance process works and how Enterprise wanted to get the caller in the car she needed but could not make a promise because cars are as they are available. I was very impressed that she took the time to explain that and was honest and very professional and kind. Overall, I truly appreciate when people give good customer service and for this location they give EXCEPTIONAL customer service and I highly recommend them. They have a variety of cars on their lot too and the whole process was just very satisfactory. Thank you Enterprise Team. Highly Recommend!

BEWARE WHEN RENTING!!!!
This location will try to claim fraudulent damages. Make sure you take your before and after photos like I did. The lady that loaned this car out to me even commented on the tailgate acting weird and I asked her about it. She said it was no issue and was laughing. I would have made them exchange cars if I didn't have to leave. They were supposed to pick me up too and they never came. The poor auto shop had to drive me over. Then when I was returning the car, Enterprise tried to make me empty their car in the parking lot before I insisted they take me to my car so I can transfer my items. Customer service tried to say it was a mistake on the Locations side while trying to file their repair claim. I will not be using this location again and I've made sure that my Company is aware of their fraudulent behavior as well.

Jordan, the customer service representative displayed excellence in customer service. He was professional, acknowledging and making eye contact with each customer as they came in, and very personable, continually giving us all an update on the when we would be waited on. Even though it was a busy Saturday morning and Jordan’s colleague was assisting one customer who had a problem, he had me in and out in 20 minutes. The vehicle I rented was exceptionally nice - brand new - so I really enjoyed driving it.
Thank you Enterprise for meeting my transportation needs for the weekend.

The GHETTO!
Enterprise has severely gone downhill in recent years with no care how they treat there. This is not my preferred company to use but I was forced to use it in an insurance claim and had the worst
Experience. I arrived at my reservation on time, I wasn’t acknowledged until 15 minutes in, all for the staff to tell me they don’t have any car to match my reservation.
I was looking at a lot full of midsize cars
And I believe the staff didn’t want to clean another
car out because they are short staffed and it was about 45 minutes til closing. I found that
