Always has my items ready for pickup when they say. You can get your dry cleaning done at a reasonable price. Very organized and clean space. Plenty of parking. The Cashiers are nice also.

My husband took my grandson suit to have them put a cuff at the bottom of the pants and the jacket sleeves taken up. He comes back with the ticket and they charged him $15 for pants and $30 for jacket ridiculously over price. I don't recommend anyone to give them business. We only tried this cleaners because it was close to where we live at. Never again! My grandson is 5yrs. Old. My husband also left the price tag of $100.00 on the suit.

This is by far the worst dry cleaners I have ever been to. I thought I would give this dry cleaners a try because it was close to my house. I took about 9-10 very nice, expensive dress shirts to be dry cleaned. When I returned to pick up the items I noticed that they were all pressed completely flat including the collar and creases on the back of the shirt. About three of the shirts were so poorly pressed that there were large, massive creases that made the shirt unwearable.
I asked the lady what can be done about the way my shirts came out. She told me that my shirts came out that way because they use a machine to press shirts and I should have spent more money for them to hand press the shirts. I told her that I have never taken my shirts anywhere and had them come out the way that they did and that it wasn't acceptable. The lady told me that I should take my shirts back to them. This really pissed me off. That was very rude and disrespectful.
As a customer who NEEDS to dress as professionally as possible for work and business I was applaud at this response. I asked them for half of the cost they charged me since the shirts came out so poorly and they refused to do so. She then had another guy who claimed he was the owner come over and he said they would not give me any money back. They then proceeded to walk away and act like I wasn't standing there anymore.
This is by far the most unprofessional business I have ever set foot in. If you value your clothing I would STRONGLY suggest that you take it else where. I am sure that anywhere else you will be treated with much more respect as a customer/patron.
