I came here about a month ago and got a really good pedicure.. come back today the website says opens at 10am.. I have been sitting outside since 930. Now at 1007am nobody is in the salon it is locked up yet the website says it's currently open.. total waste of my time i could have went elsewhere if the business is not properly operating

This establishment doesn’t do lashes, not sure about eyebrows, no price list posted so they can tell u whatever price they conjure up amongst themselves, and they’re SUPER SLOW. This is a local nail salon for us so based off that and the ratings I said let me check them out, but I definitely should have checked how long ago the ratings were posted….Not happy with the customer service or the way they kept trying to talk with my minor child (16) getting her to change her mind about the way she wanted her design/nails. After charging $80 for a full set with high French tip and medium in length I would think that how high I want my tip shouldn’t be up for negotiation…and when I chimed in because not only the nail tech but another person came over hovering over to put in her 2 cents the one who walked over acted as if it was problem telling me that they were talking to her. I simply responded she’s a child and I’m talking to you, her birthday is this weekend and she is going to get her nails the way she requested them. I looked at my daughter and told her don’t let anyone ever persuade her to change her mind on something she had her mind and money set on, if they can’t execute simply take your business elsewhere. If it wasn’t for this being for an event literally tomorrow I would have told my daughter get up and let’s go somewhere else. Something should have told me not to come here when we walked in only 3 people were here, from 4:53pm-7:11pm we were at the nail shop just for a full set and not one other soul walked in this place between those times.

I have been coming to Hollywood Nails since I was in high school and so not to reveal my age, it's been quite some time. The thoughtfulness and kindness I receive are not just from my nail technician, but all the ladies in this nail shop. They have been able to evolve with time and keep up with what's trending, plus they take their time to provide exactly what you want. They always make me feel welcome. Lisa is my go to and I'll never trade her for anyone else.

I should have taken those 1-star reviews more seriously because I had a not-so-great experience here. I was searching for a salon for my mother and me to go to in the area. My mother entered first and was seated immediately for a gel pedicure. I had just gotten a pedicure two weeks before so I wasn't ready to change. Instead, I opted for a gel manicure. Upon entry, there was a foul smell that was immediately a turn-off but my mother was already seated, and it didn't seem to bother anyone else, so I thought it was just me. The same nail tech worked on me and my mother, starting with my manicure. Everything seemed normal until I saw the final product, it was very poorly done. I asked her to remove the polish and could tell she was a bit upset but she started the removal process. The owner came over to me and offered to redo my nails, but I was over it at that point. My mother's pedicure was done more carefully but could have been neater. I would not return.

I took my niece up there a few months ago it was her very first time getting her nails done at a nail salon and I just wanted to say that they did aExcellent job on my niece nails she was very happy with the results.

This nail salon still uses masks for themselves and customers, which I like. No wait time when I go without an appointment. They take their time and do a good job. My pedicure has lasted longer than 2 weeks last time!! That was with regular polish. Last time I received Gel polish. Didn't have time for my toes to dry and it was a good price. Highly recommend.

I got in and out pretty quick. Got gel on my natural nails. They are now chipping I thought they supposed to last longer than a week.

Vivian was cool she took her time to do my nails; even though they were getting to close she didnt rush. She was professional.
