First timer. Not from here, wanted to try it out and it was definitely a mistake. Kind of lost for words.... But when you pay for something you want to always make sure you get the best out of it.
My pedicure was alright, but the lady that did my full set, completely showed she was rushing and also had her redo 2 of my nails that white polish was smeared all over it. She showed her anger through her body language, and taking the polish off.
I definitely don't understand how businesses expect us to pay/tip but don't give us the service that we deserve. There's also glue all over my fingers and nails, one nail is all crooked. NOT SATISFIED!!!!!!!!!!! After paying over $100+tipping definitely sad!

The young man that did my feet was awesome! However……. Tom was kind but the tech that he gave me to for my design was absolutely rude. She sits right at the front on the right. She was speeding thru the polish and it was incredibly messy. I asked her to please clean it up so that it doesn’t look so bad. She yelled at me and said she can’t do it “exactly like the pic”. I explained I didn’t need it exact but I did need it to look neat. She took the drill and started removing the design. I thought she was correcting it. Oh no…..she took it off told me to wash my hands, got up from her table, and went to the back. Never said another word. Tom apologized and said “she doesn’t want to do your nails” and insisted I have to get a solid color. I would have NEVER got served if they hadn’t said they could do the design, which wasn’t even a hard design. He apologized profusely but I was frustrated to tears. Had him put clear on and I paid and left.
Worst nail experience I’ve ever had, and that includes all the places that didn’t get it right but extended compassion and kindness.
Spend you hard earned money where they appreciate it!!!! NOT HERE

I am going to later add a video showing how easy it was to just pull this gel polish off of my nails. I had my toes and nails done on 2/14/2025, later that evening, I could feel something in my socks, I checked and half of the polish had peeled back on big toe. They were closed. So I called 1st thing the next the morning and went back early evening that same day, they had to correct 3 toes. By Sunday, 2 days later, while at dinner, I look down and 1 of my fingers was half peeled. Tips have been wearing off. I just peeled it all off today, and this was Gel Polish. I use to get gel polish and it had to be filed off. What are they adding to this polish to stretch it or what quality of polish are they using.
I was on a staycation, so I wasn't working or doing anything to cause this to happen. There were 3 others with me for the weekend, no one had that problem but me. I guess I better go to their place. I didn't even go back to get the others correct on Sunday or Monday, I felt like at that rate, I would have been going everyday. I was just walking around with a empty nail, so I just pulled them off and I will polish my own nails. That didn't even last as long as regular polish with me doing them myself. At least I would have gotten a couple of days.
The guy that took care of me, he was fine, but there is something wrong or something wrong with that polish. $90.00 for nothing.
I just peeled it off like plastic or something.

Don't usually do reviews but this place was terrible. Lied and said they could do the nails like the picture. Got mad and cussed me out when I said it didn't look like the picture. Then I said I would just leave and she said no we will do something else for you. Did a sloppy job and berated me the rest of the time. Mind you this was all after telling them it was my birthday. I cried it annoyed her. Never going back.

Hot nails is a hot mess! I saw the reviews and didn’t listen. Do better than me! Got my nails done on Thursday, Jan 11. Poor quality polish that didn’t dry properly (2 hours later at home and still soft and smudges) uneven nails and one broke 3 days later. NEVER again.

Don't do it. Pay attention to the reviews. Got a full set of acrylics done by Tom and it the worst job I have ever had in my life. Polish wouldn't dry - smudging so bad I removed it and re-polished some of them myself. Nails breaking a few days later, multiple nails lifting and coming completely off in less than a week. Requested a chargeback from my bank because they won't give a refund.

Too expensive and not worth it! Got a BASIC pedicure , fill in, and eyebrow touch up cost me $100… now ladies I’ve been getting my treatments for years and have spent a pretty penny but for the service and goods my nails lasted less than 8 days ? but do as you will.

I had my manicure and pedicure done by Lili. She is always so efficient and detailed oriented when it comes to the shape of my toenails and fingernails. I have been coming here to see her for years. Price was $ 70.

I Walked in today at 6:01, no friendly Getting no nothing. Next thing you know they said they’re closed… but on their door and Google say 7:00pm so I’m not understanding. Regardless of if they were closing or not the Ora was off
