I signed an agreement with JPQ on May 25th to have them install a deck. They stopped responding after I told them I wanted to get a permit before they started. We exchanged several emails afterwards. They pretended to be trying to get a permit. Getting permit is not hard, I called the county to get the permit instructions. It's now August 12th and I haven't heard from them in over 2 months. I have text and emails to support my review

Was great in the beginning when it was time to put up the deck. They agreed to come back and stain the deck. When I called to set up the staining they would not return calls, ignore calls etc. I had to contact someone else to do it after a month of getting the runaround.Service: Deck installation

I am so happy with my new deck! I was in search of a contractor to build a small deck off my backyard door. Jean Paul & his team were excellent, professional, & a pleasure to work with! Jean Paul was very responsive & came to my home within 24hrs of my request to provide a quote. His quote was very reasonable & fair. He took time to understand what I was looking for & gave me a great recommendation for the design of the deck. Throughout the project he checked in with me to ensure it was as expected. The small deck they built is exceptional & exceeded my expectations! Jean Paul performs high quality work! I highly recommend him & look forward to use him again on future projects.

Jean Paul does professional work at a very affordable price. He’s repaired and reinforced a fallen fence of mine, as well as designed and installed a new wood fence with gates, all within a matter of days. Simply put, they did not finish the job. And after almost 1 year, it isn’t clear that they have any intention of doing so. Against my better judgement, I paid the remaining balance before they finished the job. Well, they never returned and are obviously ignoring my calls/texts. When you pay for something with your hard-earned money and sign a contract, you expect for contractors to hold up their end. I guess they don’t feel like coming back for the small amount of work that they have left? Either way, this is not good customer service. I’ve held off for almost a year before writing this review b/c they were so nice in the beginning, and did do good work. But, you just don’t treat people this way. You honor your word. They have great reviews for fencework, but I wouldn’t trust them with installing wood floors in your home (or anything else for that matter).

We have been wanting to replace our rotting wooden fence with a long-lasting vinyl fence. We liked the rail style but could not find any vinyl fences that would contain our dog. JPQ designed and built a custom fence using solid posts and vinyl boards that had the exact look we wanted and works perfectly for keeping our dog. He was easy to work with and completed the entire project in two days. Very happy with the results.Service: Vinyl fence

I am so thankful for JPQ General Construction, LLC. I reached out to get a quote for a NEW service they offer for residential and commercial cleaning services. They responded right away and came to view the property and project that same day. I was given a quote and several easy options to PAY. On the day the crew arrived on time and extremely professional, the service was 5 star. They spent time and maximum effort for the service. jean Paul and his crew completed our treated pine board on board fence in our townhome on Saturday November 21st, 2020. Jean Paul took his time to remove the old fence And put the new one in with a 3' required gate that the HOA told us we had to have (the work was delayed due to waiting for HOA approval), we received many estimates or many showed and did not bother to offer estimates. Jean Paul and is team are very good at their craft and easy to work with; Their pricing is extremely reasonable and are hard workers and customer service is top notch. Jean Paul is licensed and has insurance. While they were working, a couple of my neighbors asked for estimates on deck cleaning and fence replacement, our neighbors know I am very thorough on vetting contractors and trying to find the right one to improve our home, so they usually ask me for recommendations or will ask the contractor on site, so I know I have a good eye for value and workmanship. We are extremely satisfied with the Job completed and would recommend Jean Paul and his team for a fencing job you are searching for or other services they provide. We look forward to working with his team again in 2021 for sealing or painting the fence. Thanks. Be safe and be well.
