I was in and out in 10-15 minutes without an appointment on a Saturday morning. I’m also, typically, a hard stick and the phlebotomist got me on the first try.

I came in for a simple blood work. With a referral..
First it's very cold in the office.
Second I had to use the bathroom so I have to leave and go to another place. In the process my name is called I received a text. Saying I would be calling soon ..
NOW.,, I've been sitting here for 40 minutes waiting just for some blood work. The is not appreciate it.
You are no longer be using LabCorp.
At Quest diagnostic I NEVER had this problem.

Rude front desk staff (name wasn't received) - Older gentleman with grey hair & glasses.
I went to this location out of convenience due to having another appointment upstairs in the building. I also needed to get bloodwork done so I went online to see if they had any same day appointments but there wasnt any. I also seen that walk-ins are welcomed. When I entered the location there was a waiting area full of people so instead of assuming they will take me as a walk-in I decided to ask first. I stood in front of the receptionist desk for a few moments before I was greeted as the staff typed away on the computer without acknowledging me. When the staff acknowledged me, he asked “how can I help you?” & I responded with “yes I have a question”, before I could ask my question, the staff member sarcastically stated “and I have an answer”. I was taking back by his response so I said “ok nevermind” and when he seen that i was offended as I walked off he then proceeds to say “ma’am i said i have a answer”. For me personally that is a very rude demeanor to have as a receptionist and I hope his bed side manner to care for people is not sarcastically handled the way I was.

This particular labcorp site is the worst place ever to have lab work done. You'll be much better off finding a different company. The front desk staff have a Nasty attitude very incompetent and act if they are doing you a favor. As if you can't spend your money/Business and time else where. Trust and believe if you wat to be treated as if you're not a respectful person please do business with them. If not please take your money/ insurance and business somewhere else

I appreciated that I was able to be seen within 30 minutes without an appointment. The front desk is direct and about her business which could be received as rude. I didn't take it as such. My technician was polite, reassuring, patient and took her time with me. I have an uneasy feeling when I See needles. The 3 stars is for the dust, the buildup in the corners, etc. Never should a medical facility look dirty. If it's dirty, it's most like not disinfected. RED FLAG....I was shocked, especially post COVID-19.

Front desk staff is rude and blaming on me for not putting my child’s information correctly on the order when they have a physical order in hand. I don’t recommend this place at all.

I have had low irons levels for awhile and sometime it is very difficult to get a good vein. So much so that I have to ask for an experienced tech bc some techs have had the hardest time and I end up light headed to almost a faint. I did tell them up front this time and the young lady didnt get offended she got an older guy, and boom! first attempt no issue. Even told a army story bc he saw my tatts n had a story abt his leadership and tatts lol All this to say, I was in/out customer service was fantastic. If I need to go again soon to check my levels (which Im sure I will) I will see them again!

I have NEVER waited over an hour just to get labs done.. will never come back to this location and I’ve been to many different locations.

I have been using this labcorp location since March and always leave very happy. Staff is usually very nice and helpful and if you have an appointment everything goes smoothly.

I’m writing this review for a woman that works there, her name is Regina. Idk if she could tell that I was having a really bad morning or if it’s just her personality but I almost broke down into tears because she was so nice and uplifting and that’s what I really needed in that moment. I spent such a short amount of time with her but she had a big impact on me and I’m thankful for that. It’s refreshing to go into an establishment where people still have good customer service. So, thank you Regina!
