I have had low irons levels for awhile and sometime it is very difficult to get a good vein. So much so that I have to ask for an experienced tech bc some techs have had the hardest time and I end up light headed to almost a faint. I did tell them up front this time and the young lady didnt get offended she got an older guy, and boom! first attempt no issue. Even told a army story bc he saw my tatts n had a story abt his leadership and tatts lol All this to say, I was in/out customer service was fantastic. If I need to go again soon to check my levels (which Im sure I will) I will see them again!

I have NEVER waited over an hour just to get labs done.. will never come back to this location and I’ve been to many different locations.

I have been using this labcorp location since March and always leave very happy. Staff is usually very nice and helpful and if you have an appointment everything goes smoothly.

I’m writing this review for a woman that works there, her name is Regina. Idk if she could tell that I was having a really bad morning or if it’s just her personality but I almost broke down into tears because she was so nice and uplifting and that’s what I really needed in that moment. I spent such a short amount of time with her but she had a big impact on me and I’m thankful for that. It’s refreshing to go into an establishment where people still have good customer service. My daughter went to this UNPROFESSIONAL NEGLIGENT location and was made to stand OUTSIDE IN 39 DEGREES TO CHECK IN ALONG WITH ELDERLY CITIZENS AND SICK FOLKS! I stayed on the cell with her for 38 minutes until she was called inside. What business completely ignores ALL previous google reviews and responds with autoreplys, links and stock answers.?? This location is ruining the entire LabCorp brand! Not to mention the lack of privacy when discussing business and health matters inside the waiting area.Lab Corp Clinton, No need to reply, I have time today and I am reporting to the State of MD Dept of Health and PG County as well as BBB. The owner can take it up with them. Visit date 1/21/23 8: 27am

My phlebotomist Belinda was great. I am a hard stick and she got in one shot. Very happy with the service she provided. My issue is the way the waiting area of the office is set up. It goes against every HIPPA guideline. There is no privacy, the front desk staff openly discuss bills, patient information and/ or other issues with patients and everyone can hear. I certainly got an ear full while waiting and I felt horribly for the gentleman whose business was being broadcast. They should reevaluate the set up at the very least to protect the privacy of the people getting services or do like other Labcorp offices and discuss it with the patient in the back in a more private setting.

I can’t stand this lab corp. They’re the most unorganized place ever. I came in at 9am to get a 2 hour glucose test at 7 months pregnant. I told them right when I walked in WITH THE LAB ORDER I needed a glucose test done. Clearly the front desk completely ignored what I said and told me the check in and wait to be called. An hour later at 10am the front desk tells me “you have a 2 hr glucose test?! We close at 11, we don’t have time to do that, you need to be here at 7” so after wasting an hour of my time I still didn’t get my test done because the front desk people are also so clueless and dont actually listen nor pay attention. There are too many people that can only get blood work done on Saturday for them to be so unorganized.

Terrible service. I waited over an hour to been seen and meanwhile, two gentlemen were seen within 10 minutes. There is no fair system at play here. People were told to wait in their cars and never got called. They have terrible customer service. I will NEVER come back.
